                      For 9Round, the first quarter featured more global expansion
                      with master license agreements secured in Ecuador and Ireland
                      along with opening the first studios in Guatemala and Singapore.

                      Such accelerated growth continues to earn the brand well-
                      deserved recognition, including being named to both of the
                      2019 lists for Entrepreneur’s Fastest-Growing Franchises
                      and Franchise Times’ Smartest-Growing Franchises.

                      Co-founders Shannon and Heather Hudson continue to enhance
                      their positions as industry thought leaders through guest articles,
                      podcast appearances, and more high profile media placements.
                      Highlights include Shannon’s cover story in the March issue of
                      Franchising World magazine and Heather’s guest appearance
                      on Sharon Lechter’s “Play Big Movement” podcast.

                      All of this is driving the brand toward its goal of reaching

                        Gourmet Robo-Joe

                        Briggo joined the BizCom client roster in February. The
                        company started the year strong, being featured on Fast
                        Company’s prestigious list of the World’s Most Innovative
                        Companies for 2019 in the robotics category.

                        Briggo received more national attention in media ranging
                        from Forbes to Yahoo! Finance to The Washington Post as
                        well as SF Gate, The Denver Post, Chicago Daily Herald
                        and Omaha World-Herald, just to name a few.

                        The company is rapidly expanding in high-traffic locations
                        and has plans to deploy two new robotic Coffee Hauses in
                        San Francisco International Airport with the first scheduled
                        to open this Spring.

                        Best Shape Yet
                        Gold’s Gym’s status as the world’s trusted fitness authority was
                        confirmed when it was named the back-to-back winner of the
                        Global Franchise Award for “Best Fitness Franchise.” The brand
                        shared its “Power of Experience” from a fitness franchising
                        perspective through media placements in outlets including
                        ClubSolutions, Franchising World, Global Franchise, and more.

                        And while Gold’s Gym’s global presence is unparalleled with
                        700+ gyms across 29 countries, its domestic gyms continue
                        to thrive. The brand’s Paramus, NJ, franchisee was recently
                        honored as a “North Jersey Hometown Hero” for giving back
                        to his local community via his Gold’s Gym business, and the
                        Gold’s Gym in East Northport, NY, is celebrating its
                        30th anniversary this year.

                        The brand is also doing its part to keep the
                        economy humming by moving in when
                        retail stores like Sears fail to reclaim the
                        abandoned spaces and capitalize on
                        these redevelopment opportunities.

                        Looks To The Future

                        Best Life Brands made it official in January, announcing
                        the uniting of ComForCare, At Your Side and CarePatrol
                        under one service organization. The platform company
                        plans to continue expanding services by adding brands
                        that share the company’s goal to serve all individuals in a
                        more effective and holistic way.

                        And Best Life Brands is already making a name for itself
                        after being recognized as a Franchise Times Dealmaker.
                        This comes directly from Steve Greenbaum’s leadership
                        in acquiring CarePatrol, establishing a partnership with
                        Kindred At Home, and formally debuting private-duty
                        nursing at ComForCare’s annual franchise conference
                        – all completed within the past 18 months.

                         Edible Arrangements’
                         20th Anniversary
                         Looks Sweet

                         Edible Arrangements continued to make big news
                         in the first quarter of 2019. Founder Tariq Farid sat
                         down to share his American-Dream-Come-True story
                         with CNN’s Poppy Harlow. In celebration of National
                         Mentoring Month, he also shared his advice on the
                         importance of mentoring with a guest column in
                         January’s Franchising World Magazine.

                                   During this year’s IFA convention, Neighborly won the
                                   2019 Global Franchise Award for “Best Property and
                                   Home Maintenance Franchise.” Shortly thereafter,
                                   the company also announced its acquisition of
                                   U.K.-based Dream Doors, bringing the Neighborly
                                   parent company to nearly 3,700 franchisees across
                                   22 home service brands.

              Neighborly Expands   Kicking off 2019 with a major acquisition was nothing
                                   new for this client. Neighborly was also recently named

                                   Meanwhile, Neighborly’s leadership team remained

                                   in Franchising World magazine; CSMO Lisa Zoellner
                                   shared with Franchise Update the strategy behind the
                                   launch of getneighborly.com; and Brand Ambassador
                                   Dina Dwyer-Owens showed KCEN-TV how the company
                                   continues to pave the way for women to pursue careers
                                   in the home services industry with its “Women in the
                                   Trades” scholarship program.

                         Solera Breaks Ground
                         With CESVI LIV Center
                         Solera started 2019 with ground-breaking news as it began
                         construction on its North American CESVI LIV Center, a
                         first-of-its-kind automotive research and training center
                         located in Justin, Texas.

                         Since the groundbreaking, the CESVI LIV team has been busy
                         gearing up for the eventual grand opening by filling a steady
                         stream of media requests for interviews.

                         CESVI LIV Executive Director Chris Mullen shared more about the
                         center with WBAP radio, and NBC5 in DFW sent a crew to cover
                         the groundbreaking and featured the story in their 6 p.m.
                         newscast. Mullens and CESVI LIV Collision Instructor Stephanie
                         Villasanti were also interviewed about the center on the Auto Lab
                         Radio show in March.

                         And to top it all off, the Dallas Morning News featured the Center
                         with a major profile in the Sunday Business Section.

                         Gearing Up For Another
                         Record-Breaking Year
                         While Restoration 1 and bluefrog Plumbing + Drain appear
                         headed for another record-breaking year, the brands took
                         time at the start of the new year to celebrate their 2018
                         success at a franchise convention in Las Vegas where
                         franchisees were honored with awards and 15 Restoration
                         1 franchisees were inducted into the Million Dollar Club.

                         Restoration 1’s rapid expansion landed the brand its
                         seventh consecutive appearance in Entrepreneur’s
                         prestigious Franchise 500 list, and was named one of
                         the fastest-growing companies by both Entrepreneur and
                         Franchise Times. And the news didn’t stop there. Thomas
                         Dougherty was promoted to bluefrog Plumbing + Drain
                         President, and Tammy Biggerstaff was hired as Restoration
                         1’s Franchise Consultant.

                         Meanwhile, CEO Gary Findley continued crisscrossing
                         the country promoting his brands with appearances at
                         the Titus Center for Franchising and at the Shine National
                         Conference in Austin, while also being interviewed by
                         Thrive Global, BuzzFeed, and featured on the
                         Life Lessons Podcast.
