Questions? We have answers! 2020 has been a year of uncertainty but we don’t ever want our members lost about utilizing the Club! Below is a list of answers to a few common questions that we frequently receive from members. How do I log onto the website? This is the number one question we get from members, so if you’ve tried to use the website but can’t, you’re not alone. Our website is www.petroclub.net. To log on, your username is your member number and your password is your last name, all lower case (unless you’ve set your own password after you initially logged on). Checking your account, finding a reciprocal club, reading current and past newsletters, making reservations, viewing menus – it’s all waiting for you at www.petroclub.net. Must I always be the one to pay when I bring guests into the Club? While everyone loves a free lunch, you don’t always which require reservations. Simply let your server have to pick up the tab. Due to continued COVID 19 restrictions, this event is limited to just 60 people. Make your reservations as soon as possible as they will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Only golf tournament players (no guests), golf committee members and tournament sponsors will be permitted to attend due to the limited amount of seating. Red LITTLE 4 COURSE PAIRED DINNER & NETWORKING EVENT DRESS Join us November 19 at 6:00 p.m. as we welcome Ms. Darlene Gates to the PCA’s Little Red Dress Women’s Networking and Wine Dinner. President for ExxonMobil Alaska Production since 2018, Ms. Gates served as the Operations Manager for Imperial Oil’s Cold Lake and Conventional operations in western Canada. A native Albertan, she holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Victoria and began her career with Imperial Oil in 1995 as the Leduc area reservoir engineer. Ms. Gates progressed through many technical, managerial and operating positions in Western Canada, including becoming the first female Operations Superintendent in Imperial Oil’s history. This led to taking on several global leadership roles for ExxonMobil with the Hibernia and Sable Subsurface Engineering Manager in St. John’s, Newfoundland; the Strategic Planning Manager for ExxonMobil Development Company in Houston, Texas; the Operations Technical Engineering Manager in Hannover, Germany; and the Operations Integrity Assessment in Outside of work, Ms. Gates sits on the Board of Doha, Qatar. Directors for the United Way of Anchorage, Alaska Oil and Gas Association and Alaska Chamber of Commerce. She is a mother of three boys and has been married to her husband, Derek, for 25 years. She is focused on reaching out to women in the industry and is looking forward to sharing her experience and ideas with our members. $79 per person, includes a 4-course paired wine dinner.
