OVERVIEW

                                                   Building A Smart & Digitalised City

Smart cities are emerging fast and they introduce new practices and services which highly impacting the policy, planning, development
and operation of city, while co-exist with urban facilities.

It is now needed to understand the smart city’s impacts on the overall urban planning and vice versa, to recognise urban planning
offerings in the smart city context; and harmonise the reliance of global players in the overall smart city ecosystem to develop,
implement and sustain an integrated set of solutions.

The Cities 4.0 Conference and Exhibition is designed to provide a platform to discuss on frameworks and strategies that highlighting
and measuring smart city and urban planning interrelation and identifies the meeting points among them. This will be an integrated

                                                                               PAYMENT
    Full payment is required with your Registra�on Form before the Conference day. Tax-Receipt will only be issued upon receipt of full payment.
    Conference registra�on fee includes lunch and refreshments. The Conference registra�on fee, however, does not include travel,
    accommoda�on and incidental costs.
    All payments should be made in USD ($) by bank dra�, telegraphic transfer or cash only.
    All registra�ons by fax or post MUST reach us before 1 August 2018, a�er which late registra�ons will be considered as "WALK-INs" and
    subjected to "WALK-IN" fee.

                                                            PARTICIPATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
    Delegates may be subs�tuted at any �me, in wri�ng, at NO extra charge.
    Cancella�ons received in wri�ng before 1 August 2018 will be refunded, less a USD100 administra�ve fee. Cancella�ons received therea�er
    are not refundable.
    Confexhub reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the conference, exhibi�on, cocktail recep�on, due to circumstances beyond their
    control and reserves the right to make changes to the conference program or speakers without prior no�ce.
    Should the event and all its related ac�vi�es be cancelled, curtailed or adversely affected by any cause not within the reasonable control of
    Confexhub including but not limited to war, fire, na�onal emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, Act of God, or
    non-availability of premises for any reason, Confexhub shall be under no obliga�on to refund all or part of the sums paid by the delegate in
    respect of his/her par�cipa�on in the workshop. Confexhub shall be under no liability to the delegate or any other person in respect of any
    ac�ons, proceedings, claims, demands, losses (including consequen�al losses), costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against
    or suffered or incurred by the delegate as the result thereof.
