When am I eligible for Original Medicare? When can I make changes to my Medicare coverage? Our plans help you save money in lots of ways, including an over-the-counter (OTC) benefit through Healthy Savings®. You’ll receive an allowance to use twice a year. Dollars you don’t use will expire on June 30 and Dec. 31. You cannot redeem your allowance for cash.
