SUSTAINABILITY CONSIDERATIONS
• Transport: The event is not in a city centre so more difficult to reach. However public bus service is available,
see above. Local lodging is possible for smaller teams.
• Food: There will be foodtrucks for the public, providing locally produced food, vegetarian included. If teams
would like to reserve locally produced healthy lunches, depending on capacity and demand, they can contact
secretariat@clubalpin.be before May 8th. We will confirm availability before May 24th.
• At the venue: We invite all teams to bring own bottles and to exclude single use plastics. Water fountains
will be accessible to all. Garbage is sorted and recycled so please respect the difference garbage bins.

Registration Deadline: The deadline for registration is 15 days before the 1st day of event at 11:59 PM GMT +0:
Friday May 12th 2023
Registration Fees: Euro 25,- for each competitor. The registration fee will be invoiced by the IFSC Europe to the
National Federations. No cash-payments will be done on site.
Confirmation of attendance: At the registration desk on Friday May 26th
Delayed Arrival: In case a team is not able to make the registration in time due to flight delays or other unpredictable
reasons, please contact the Jury President
Competition Format: following IFSC Europe Rules 2023
Anti-Doping Regulations: By participating, the athlete agrees to comply with the currently valid anti-doping rules and
regulations of Wada, IFSC and IFSC-Europe (in particular statutes, competition rules, anti-doping regulations).
