Welcome and thank you for considering Blue Bell Farm for your special day! Our wedding amenities have been designed to allow you to fully relax and celebrate with your friends and family. In addition to our amenities, we also offer in house bar services, and overnight cottage accommodations for weekend rentals!
We are Jamie and Derek Bryant, seventh-generation own- ers of this 300-acre parcel of land, and are proud to con- tinue a modern chapter of its story. We stepped into new roles as stewards and preservationists of this land in the mid 2000s, with hopes of welcoming guests from far and wide to enjoy the sprawling gardens, prairies, and water- ways that encompass the property. With the raising of an event barn in 2014, Blue Bell Farm became what we had dreamed: a haven for gathering and jubilation. Seasonally-driven celebrations and events happen often here, and the 2023 season ushers in another exciting new season for the farm. Barn Our beautiful white barn is the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony or reception! The main hall is spacious and bright with elegant chandeliers, string lighting and wall sconces. Other areas within the barn include a loft, groom’s bar and lounge with wood burning fireplace, entry, commercial catering kitchen and men’s and women’s restrooms. The barn is the ideal space for your celebration in every season with both heat and air conditioning throughout.
Deck & Patios The deck, veranda and our crushed stone patio provide breathtaking views of our pasture, forests and ponds. Our breezy and beautiful white covered deck can be used as a lovely and cool ceremony location, wedding lounge or open air dance floor. The veranda is the perfect setting for your after ceremony cocktail hour. Your guests can relax and enjoy cocktails and comfortable upholstered teak furniture, overhead fans and scenic views. The spacious crushed stone patio can also be used for your ceremony or you can create a picture perfect lounge for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. The patio can also accommodate a 30’ x 50’ tent and overhead string lighting.
Cottage Our elegant white bridal cottage was designed to provide all the conveniences you will need for bridal party pampering and fun. Hiring Blue Bell Farm Catering has its perks: We design each of our private event and wedding menus on an individual basis. We will work with you to create a beautiful dinner experience that you and your guests will dream about for years to come. Everything is made in house and is fresh, beautiful and delicious. Your event will be a zero waste event! Ingredients are composted and all of your service items are real and not disposable. You will help support Missouri family and our wonderful community of artisans, bakers and chefs. Please inquire for your custom catering quote.
Bar Services CLASSIC BAR $6 per guest, per hour Includes: • 2 domestic (non- craft) or local craft beer selections, • 2 house red wine selections, • 2 house white wine selections, • set up, tear down, and bar glassware. PREMIUM BAR $9 per guest, per hour Includes: • 5 premium spirits, garnishes & mixers, • 2 domestic or local craft beer selections, • 2 house red wine selections, • 2 house white wine selections, • set up, tear down, and bar glassware. A 20% service charge and 6.85% state sales tax is added to all bar invoices. Outside alcohol is prohibited.
