FIND YOUR PROGRAM AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Lakehead University may be a smaller university, but we offer you big opportunities and a comprehensive array of program options. View the chart below to review the admission requirements for the programs that interest you. For quick reference, you will also see which programs have Co-operative Education and/or a Concurrent Education option, and at which campus the program is offered. The Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC) Program Code for applying is also included. Unless otherwise noted, all Lakehead University programs require an Ontario Secondary School Diploma; a minimum of 6 Grade 12 U or M courses, including program-specific prerequisite courses; and a minimum overall 70% average based on the best 6 Grade 12 U or M courses. All prerequisite courses listed below refer to the Grade 12 U or M course, unless otherwise noted.
