SUMMER WORKSHOP Level 3A & B | June 14-July 2 | 9am to 3:30pm Dancers Entering 7th Grade & Up $385 (1 Week) | $560 (2 Weeks) | $710 (3 Weeks) Students must have at least four years of formal ballet training. Four classes a day with short breaks and a lunch break. Please bring a sack lunch and water. Zoom demonstrations for families. Faculty includes NFB Artistic Staff and national guest teachers. Dress Code - Females: Classical ballet attire, any style leotard, skin tone matching tights, hair in a bun, no jewelry, ballet slippers, Pointe shoes. Extras: Jazz shoes and skirts; Males: solid color t-shirt, black tights, black ballet slippers. Extras: Jazz shoes. Level 2 | July 5-16 | 9:15am to 2pm Dancers Entering 5th & 6th Grades - $270 (1 Week) | $470 (2 Weeks) Students must have at least three years of formal ballet training. He has performed featured Beach Chamber of Commerce (850.244.8191) or the Emerald Coast Tourist roles in ballets by Twyla Tharp, Mark Morris, Jiri Kylian, Nacho Development Council (800.322.3319). Duato, and James Kudelka, and has performed with the Broadway cast of Movin’ Out in New York City. Mr. Allen has been praised for his choreography work for Boston Ballet, Rhode Island Festival ABOUT NFB Ballet, Sarasota Ballet and NBA Ballet in Tokyo, Japan. Since 1969 the Northwest Florida Ballet has been the preeminent ballet school on the Emerald Coast. In 2002, NFB opened the Sybil Smith Lebhertz Center for Dance Education, a beautiful building containing 13,000 square feet of dance studios, fully equipped Pilates studio, administrative offices, academic classrooms, costume shop and storage. In 2015, NFB opened the 3,500 square foot Studio Annex, which houses a large studio and is used mainly by the growing Pre-Professional High School Program.
