                                                 As we gear up for CEDIA Expo, our team will
                                                 continue working diligently on our comprehensive
                                                 health and safety plan. Your safety, security and
                                                 health are always our top priority. We will continue
                                                 to follow the recommendations and guidelines
                                                 issued by the Centers for Disease Control
                                                 and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health
                                                 Organization (WHO), as well as those issued by
                                                 state and local officials. We will adapt and change
                                                 our plans as recommendations become available,
                                                 to limit potential spread most effectively. The
                                                 upcoming CEDIA Expo will be held September 1-3,
                                                 2021, in Indianapolis, IN and is your first chance
                                                 this year to reunite with the residential technology
