2021 Deleted Questions Introduction As part of the ongoing review of the CSA Methodology, a focus of the 2021 update was to streamline the questionnaire, removing questions that were no longer differentiating between companies. This is often the direct result of improved corporate sustainability practices across industries or enhanced regulation on specific topics. This allows us to introduce new general and industry-specific criteria, to ensure that our assessment continues to raise the bar for corporate sustainability performance and challenge companies in their thinking about long-term risks and opportunities. PLEASE NOTE: The question texts and methodology presented may be subject to change at any time before the end of March 2021. Additional deletions or additions to the questionnaire may be made, as necessary.
