Resilience In 2021, we are coming off a year like no other. Businesswomen who pivot Resilience, creativity and optimism help women business owners maneuver these times. By Julie Nelson Contributed photos It was early December 2019, and Connie Peter felt and had to shut down their operations.” In March, she thought, like she was “floating on a feather, everything was so good.” Peter “We have to close for two weeks? Not good, but no problem.” But was moving forward with her gradual retirement plan.
