C . Fir m B a ckgro u n d Q u a l i f i cations and Ex p er ience Successful projects are a team effort. We will approach each project as a team and will work to ensure that all City of Milwaukee needs are identified and met. ADI brings decades of project management leadership experience to this work. Nathan Elliott will be the project manager and main point of contact. Our team will work first to clearly identify scope, schedule and budget for each project. If required, we can assist the Citywith programming, preliminary cost estimates and/or feasibility studies to enable this. Our team will gather information about existing conditions including on-site assessments, existing drawings, and staff interviews. Through experience, we know that a detailed understanding of existing conditions eliminates many complications during construction. If warranted, we will recommend and work to coordinate material testing and/or limited demolition for investigation. Once a schematic design is developed and budget has been confirmed, our team will complete design drawings and specifications as needed in accordance with all applicable county standards and guidelines. Accurate and thorough bid documents will be prepared addressing all conditions identified in the existing conditions assessment, as well as agency staging and schedule requirements. Construction administration services will be performed promptly and attentively with frequent site visits during significant periods of activity. Record documents and project close-out documentation will be started during construction to ensure completion immediately after the end of construction.
