About the Scholarship Established by TechRochester in 2010, this academic scholarship is intended to support female students at Monroe Community College (MCC) who are preparing for careers in computer science, information technology, and digital media. TechRochester’s Women in Technology Peer Group is actively working to remove barriers to higher education and motivate students to explore technical fields. Eligibility The recipient must attend Monroe Community College as a full or part time student, have completed at least 12 credits at MCC, and have achieved a minimum of 3.0 grade point average.
