W H AT I S T H E R E A L L O C AT I O N P R O C E S S ?
In the winter of 2018, Husky Stadium will undergo a full reseating process, allowing all season
ticket holders the opportunity to improve their seating locations based on their amount of priority
points. The priority point system is intended to reward the loyalty and giving of all season ticket
holders, and encourage contributions to Husky Athletics.

The reallocation process is scheduled for every five years so that longtime season ticket holders
and donors to Husky Athletics can have the best possible seating options. Many season ticket
holders look at the reallocation period as the best opportunity to improve their seat location by
increasing their annual contribution to Husky Athletics.
W H AT W I L L H A P P E N N E X T ?
All season ticket holders must place a $100 per seat deposit by November 8, 2017, in order
to secure their seat selection appointment time. Appointment times are scheduled in order of
priority point rank. Season ticket holders will then be able to select seats at their scheduled
appointment time beginning in February, 2018. Seats can be selected online via our virtual
venue, by phone, or in person on campus.

Husky Stadium is evolving! Based on fan feedback and demand, investments have been made to enhance the fan
AL experience for the 2018 season. All of these options will be available for selection while supplies last:
• Club Husky grows. Sold out since the 2013 renovation, Club Husky will expand to include sections 213 and 214.
New, padded, chairback seats will be added to these sections and all new season ticket holders will have full access
to Club Husky and all of its sports bars and other amenities.
• Husky Heritage sections also expand. Sections 226, 227, 231 and 232 will be converted to purple chairback
seats with drinkholders identical to those in the 100 level. This upgrade provides comfortable seats that are under
cover with an elevated view of the field.
• Get close to the field and save! The first ten rows in most Tyee Club sections of the lower bowl will enjoy

More than 6,000 accounts make a Tyee Club seat-related gift. These donations that are tied to season tickets provide
essential support, not only for football, but for all 22 Husky teams and 650 student-athletes. All Tyee Club levels offer
enhanced benefits, including access to purchase a season parking pass, priority to purchase away game and bowl game
tickets and invitations to special events. Seat-related gifts are 80% tax deductible and receive full Tyee Club priority points.
DON JAMES CENTER
NOW AVAILABLE! With the renewal of five year terms already underway for the 2018-22 season, there is now a rare
opportunity to be a member of the Club that was named after the Dawgfather himself. To find out more and gain
immediate access to the most exclusive area in Husky Stadium, call the Tyee Club at (206) 543-2234. This is not part
of the general seat reallocation process, so call now as these seats will sell out quickly.
SUITES & PREMIUM SEATING
The Premium Seating areas in Husky Stadium continue to be the most sought after places to enjoy game day. Although
all of these areas were sold out in 2017, there could be opportunity to get in on the action.
Luxury Suite, Patio Suite and Touchdown Terrace Suite holders all have first right of refusal to renew, but
if any should open up we will go straight to our waitlists to offer these opportunities. All current waitlists will
be reset for the 2018 season and are always managed in priority point order. To be placed on a waitlist go to

As mentioned earlier, over 500 seats will be added to Club Husky and available to you during this seat selection.
Check out sections 213 and 214 on the virtual venue and get your new, padded, chairback seats and full access to Club
Husky, its sports bars and amenities.
TYEE CLUB PARKING
Season Ticket Holders who select Tyee Club football season tickets have the option to purchase season parking passes
at Husky Stadium. All current parking lots will also be reallocated for the 2018 football season.
Parking is allocated first to Season Ticket Holders in the Don James Center, Luxury Suites, Patio Suites and Club Husky,
followed by those who purchase Tyee Club seats in other sections. Accounts with 1-4 seats are eligible to purchase one
parking pass; accounts with five or more seats can purchase additional passes. More details on selecting your parking
location will come with your selection appointment mailing.

Is it true that current Husky Heritage ticket holders can keep their same seats?
Yes! As promised in 2013 with the re-opening of Husky Stadium, anyone with a Husky Heritage
seat can retain those exact seats during the first reallocation in 2018. You still need to
make a deposit to confirm your renewal. You will then still receive an appointment time and
may exchange those seats with others that are available if you like, or simply complete your
payment and those seats will be yours.
How can I improve my priority point rank?
Make an additional contribution to the Competitive Edge Fund before December 31, 2017 to
add priority points and improve your rank. Visit uwtyeeclub.org, or call the Tyee Club Office at
(206) 543-2234 to make your gift today!
When is the deadline to place my seat deposit?
November 8, 2017. Accounts that miss the deposit deadline will choose their 2018 seats
after all other season ticket holders, regardless of their priority point rank.
How will I get my seat selection appointment time?
In mid-January, your selection time will be emailed and mailed to all accounts that have placed
a deposit.
What happens at my seat selection appointment time?
During your appointment, you will select your seat locations. Several amenities, including a
3D Husky Stadium virtual venue, are available to aid you in this process. At your appointment
time, your seat selection window opens and will remain open until your seats are selected.
How do I select my parking?
Parking will also be reallocated during this process. Details on selecting parking will come
with your appointment mailing.
Are there limitations on the number of seats I can select?
You may select as many seats as deposits you place. For more information on seating policies,
