Canadian Shoulder and Elbow Society REGISTER TODAY! Registration is available exclusively to R4 and R5 residents from a Canadian orthopaedic training program as well as upper extremity fellows. To register for the CSES Course, please visit https://eventscpd.med.uottawa.ca/ and login or create your account. Once you are logged in, click on Programs and search for "CSES". To complete your registration click on the event name, then click register now and follow the instructions on your screen. Registration fees include breakfast, lunch and two nutrition breaks for each day of the conference. A daily shuttle from the Andaz Hotel to/from the course is available to participants. Registration fees also include a ticket to both the welcome reception on January 31 and to the course dinner on February 1. A block of rooms has been make available at the Andaz Byward Market Hotel (325 Dalhousie St). The CSES Course welcome reception will take place at Lowertown Brewery (73 York St), located minutes away from the Andaz Byward Market Hotel. The CSES Course dinner will take place at the Andaz Byward Market Hotel in the Dalhousie Room. ACCREDITATION This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the University of Ottawa’s Office of Continuing Professional Development. You may claim a maximum of 13.75 hours (credits are automatically calculated). This activity is an Accredited Simulation Activity (Section 3) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the University of Ottawa’s Office of Continuing Professional Development.
