It’s been an exciting year for 2013 Miss East Coast Preteen J a i d e n L o u rd e L a ga r i n o My year as Miss East Coast Preteen has been so much fun!! It’s so hard to believe that just one year ago I was standing on this stage waiting to hear my name called! While I am sad to see it come to an end, I am so happy for the new Queen to get a chance to have as much fun as I have had!! Last August started a whirlwind of events that I was privileged to be a part of. Nationals were a blast! I met girls from all over the US and made some lasting friendships. I walked away winning the National Talent title and finished 16th out of 90 girls! In March I was able to make an appearance at the Miss Citrus County Pageant and in April I remembered my great grandmother at the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Crystal River. I want to thank Mrs. Patty and all the pageant staff for allowing me the opportunity to do so many wonderful things. To my sponsors, friends, family, and Citrus County…thank you for being so supportive throughout both my reign this year, and my long journey to finally get that MAC crown!! Kathy….thank you for so willingly stepping into the “pageant mom” role!! You’re a natural! Mom…thank you for the continuous “head up, shoulders back” and all the in between! I love you all very much! I began my journey with MAC seven years ago and the Miss East Coast Preteen was the first title I was able to capture. So no matter what happens this weekend, follow in my footsteps and NEVER give up! Remember…it’s not a failure….it’s only delayed success! To all this year’s contestants I wish you good luck. To my successor, hold on to your crown… you are in for the ride of your life!!!! Congratulations & God Bless, Jaiden Lourde Lagarino Your 2013 Miss East Coast Preteen 13

It’s been an exciting year for 2013-2014 Miss South Carolina Teen Reaga n Mob ley Being crowned Miss South Carolina Teen Coed 2013-2014 was one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of my life I was so blessed to have spent this past year in the MAC Family. I have made many life-long friendships throughout this past year. Being named Miss SC Teen Coed opened many new doors for me. I have spent my year volunteering around the state and promoting the MAC pageant system. This year has been so influential and rewarding! I would like to thank Mrs. Patty Hawkins, Mrs. Caroline Hawkins and the entire MAC staff for truly making my MAC experience unforgettable. Scott and Miller, thanks for always capturing the BEST pictures and making me laugh. Mrs. Regina and Angela, thank you for believing in me and pushing me to do my best! Mom, Dad, Haley, thank you for never losing faith in me. Your support and love mean the world to me. Grandma and Grandpa, thank you for being such great supporters. Your words of encouragement never fail. The MAC Family and pageant system will always be dear to my heart! Love always, Reagan Michelle Mobley, Miss South Carolina Teen 2013 18
Blessings really do come to those who wait. After being out of the pageant realm for almost a year working a dream job at Walt Disney World, I was also blessed with another one of my dreams soon after I returned from Florida. Being crowned the 2013 Miss North Carolina Coed was the most magical night of my life and there are no words to accurately describe how wonderful my reign has been. Being a spokeswoman for the Miss American Coed system has opened so many doors for me that otherwise wouldn’t have been available. With my title, I was asked to participate in many parades for our countries veterans, marines, and the community that has given me so much. I also had the opportunity to work with the Jubilee house, a home for veteran women and work one on one with countless strong women. My sister queens and I were invited to make quilts for mothers that had lost their children, as well as make care cards for our heroes overseas. Then, nationals came so fast! Spending the days with so many other dedicated young women gave me friends for a life time! And where do I even start with the day and Disney? Spending time in a place that means so much to me, with my entire pageant family was truly priceless. To the woman of many titles, some of which include: Personal motivator, make-up artist, cheerleader, hair dresser, mock judge, mock contestant, pageant coach, personal treasurer, personal driver, personal chef, and most importantly mother, I can honestly say I would be nowhere if I didn’t have you. You have been my back bone when I didn’t think I had one. You’ve been my smile when I was crying and my best friend through it all. All my success in life I owe to you. Remember, that night I was crowned? With all the effort you put into my crowning moment, my title is just as much yours and as it is mine. Listen up sister queens, this one’s for you! You are all astounding young ladies with so much potential! My year as your sister queen has been a blast! My adventures with you are memories that will surely last a beyond forever. Sarah, Mahika, Jennifer, Ashley-Brooke, and Tiniya, you all have truly made my year! Please, continue being the sweet loving girls you are. Who knows? One day you all may get to represent MAC as the Miss North Carolina Coed! Thank you does not even begin to express my gratitude for Miss Patty and the entire MAC Pageant system. Without all of your hard work and dedication, none of this would have been possible. My dreams and journeys are all because of you. To each contestant vying for the title of Miss North Carolina Coed, it’s been wonderful getting to meet all of you. Whatever the outcomes are, do not let them inhibit your dreams. Consider this a major stepping stone in all of your adventures in life. And finally, to the lucky girl who will be my successor. You will be spending an amazing year as the 2014 Miss North Carolina Coed. Always remember, you only have one year to represent this great title, live it to the fullest. You’re a role model now, wear your crown with dignity and respect always. May your reign be filled fun, excitement, and laughs. Dreams really do come true, and this is where they start.
