Staff Vision board: Beyond 2020 Put a vision board in an area that all staff use. Ask staff to contribute their ideas of a vision for the school/ Northern Ireland –. You can use, post it notes, whiteboard, flip chart pages. They can write or post pictures. Once all ideas have been gathered bring them together to create a display that will be displayed in a public area alongside the Host a NICIE workshop students one. You could paint, draw, act out, use moving image to think about and convey what the principles mean to school, community, society. The pupils could write a pupil-friendly version of the Statement of Principles., or create images that communicate them. The finished project could be displayed in the wider community, possibly in a local library or in another integrated school in your area.
