                                         LACROSSE CAMP

This one-week coed camp will be organized to introduce kids to the exciting sports
of Ultimate (aka ultimate frisbee) and Trashcan Lacrosse. Both games are simple yet
fun, exciting, and involve running, agility, acceleration, deceleration, object control and
other important fundamental movement skills. Both Ultimate and Trashcan Lacrosse
are excellent donor sports that can help kids learn basic tactical skills needed for
other invasion sports like basketball, soccer, hockey, and lacrosse. Play and games will
involve more small-sided action where there is less standing or sitting, and there is more
opportunity for learning and confidence building.
