Room rent The room rental includes the exclusive provision of the event space THE SKY and the associated rooftop terrace on the day of the event for a period of 10 hours, the in-house furniture, an attractive bouquet of flowers for the entrance area, the reception of guests in the entrance hall by the concierge service (this is manned 24 hours), a flat rate for the elevator, the preliminary and final cleaning, all maintenance costs such as electricity, water and heating, the supervision by a service manager as well as the trained professional staff for 8 hours (1 hour before the start of the event, 6 hours of event duration, 1 hour of follow-up). Our room rental includes the use of the room and the night surcharge until 00:00 am From 00.00 am we charge a night surcharge of 295 € per hour or part thereof, up to a maximum of 1.30 am. if the clean-up work by the service providers booked by the organiser has been completed by then. All the services listed above are included in the room rental of 4.760 €. Set up day For the provision of the rooms, one day before the start of the event in the period from 09.00 am to 17.00 pm, we charge 2.400€. During the set-up day, you will be looked after by a service employee. For additional preparation services we charge a service fee of 38 € per employee and hour. 6

Quick Buffet/Menu Our Quick offer is just the right thing for you if you want to spoil your guests at the beginning or end of your event for a quick get-together in top quality. Far View Buffet/ Menu From our rooftop terrace, you can almost imagine the Mediterranean Sea. We bring Mediterranean delicacies to Düsseldorf and offer your guests a selection of classics. D‘haus Buffet/ Menu Located in the center of the city, the Dreischeibenhaus is right next to the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus, also known as D'haus. With our D'haus offer we combine newly interpreted classics with an "over" regional focus. PHOENIX Buffet/ Menu If you would like to take your guests to THE SKY in a culinary way, then our PHOENIX offer is just the right thing for you! In the PHOENIX menu, we offer you the special cuisine of the PHOENIX restaurant from the first floor of the Dreischeibenhaus. 7

More services • Use of the concert piano Steinway & Sons D-274 300 € The use of the Steinway & Sons piano must be notified 10 days before the start of the event. • Bar element incl. bar equipment for the 22nd resp. 23rd floor 300 € incl. delivery and assembly • Flower decoration on request The decoration can be taken over by the florist of your confidence. For recommendations you are welcome to contact us and we will put you in contact with our partners. • Technical equipment on request Please note that we do not have any presentation equipment in-house. This must be rented from an external service. We will be happy to provide you with an individual offer. 9
More services Service employee 38 € | hour | employee Our room rental includes the service staff for 8 hours from 23.00 pm 45 € | hour | employee -1 hour before the event, 6 hours event during the event and 1 hour after the event- Wardrobe hostess 32 € | hour Our checkroom is manned for maximum of 1 hour at the start of your event. If you wish a hostess to supervise and hand out the checkroom during the whole event, the charge will be made from ½ hour before the event until the official end of the event. 10
FAQ Is it possible to put the piano outside? Unfortunately, this is not possible for insurance reasons. You can use the piano during your event Is it possible to book only the rooftop terrace? Due to the unstable weather it is unfortunately not possible to book the rooftop terrace alone. Is it possible to set up tents on the rooftop terrace? The rooftop terrace is located at a height of 90 meters. Because of the strong winds and for safety reasons, it is not possible to work with tents or gazebos. Is there a freight elevator? A freight elevator for delivery is available and leads up to the 23rd floor. We recommend the parking garage K2/ Schauspielhaus for you and your guests. Are we tied to one caterer? We offer fresh and regional cuisine with our in-house catering. There is a choice between buffets, set menus or flying buffets. Of course, we respond to your wishes. How long do you hold an optional reservation? We hold an optional reservation for a max. of 5 days. As soon as we receive another event request, we will contact you in advance. 11
FAQ Is there a fixed end time? Our closing time is Monday to Thursday at 0.00 am and on Fridays and Saturdays at 1.00 am. The clean-up work of the booked service providers must be completed 30 min. after this time in each case. Please communicate this in good time with your partners. These times are binding. When do you need the total number of guests? Please let us know 10 days before the event how many guests you plan to have. Up to this point we can still adjust our planning and you can change the number of guests based on your booking by +/- 10 % without affecting costs. The number of persons is the basis for the invoice, which you inform us 3 days before the event. Please note that changes must always be communicated in writing and confirmed by us! What technical equipment is available? The room rental includes a sound system for background music, a handheld microphone and a tie microphone. The microphone system can only be used inside on the 23rd and 24th floors. Additional technology must be organized via an external service for a fee. Is the location barrier-free? Unfortunately, not all floors of the event area are barrier-free. The 22nd and 23rd floors can be reached by elevator. The roof terrace and the 24th floor (gallery) are only accessible via stairs. What are your cancellation policies? • till 12 weeks before free of charge • from 12 weeks before 50 % of the roomrental • from 8 weeks before 75 % of the roomrental • from 4 weeks before 90 % of the roomrental A cancellation of an event must always be made in writing and also requires a written reconfirmation from us. 12

The indicated prices are valid for the current calendar year. We reserve the right to adjust the conditions by max. 5% per year. All prices include the 7% VAT or 19% VAT at the time of the event. The total invoice must be paid within 10 days.
