THE MARINA Established for more than 40 years, Darthaven boasts 270 berths and a large visitors pontoon located next to the hoist lifting bay. We are located on the eastern side of the River Dart in the stunning South Hams countryside surrounded by glorious rolling hills and opposite the historic and famous town of Dartmouth. check Sheltered, safe walk-on berthing for 270 boats. check Excellent shore facilities plus launderette. MARINA FACILITIES WI-FI - is available both on the main Marina and visitors’ pontoon. Visitors can obtain the guest check access code from the Berthing Office upon payment of the visiting fee. To access Wi-Fi select the Darthaven Club Wi-Fi hotspot. Extra time can be purchased through the portal. If you have any problems with this service please call Club Wi-Fi on 01626 270140. Gas & Bottles - a range of Calor Gas and Camping Gaz refill exchanges and new check cylinders can be purchased from the Berthing Office. Launderette - situated at the back of our facilities block, with two industrial washing check machines and tumble dryers. A sink and ironing board are also provided. Both the washers and dryers are coin operated and can be accessed from 08:30-23:00 during the summer or 08:30-22:00 in winter (£4 per wash, 20p per five minute drying cycle). Car Park - over 230 car parking spaces are available for use by berth holders, visitors and check general public. The car park operates a Pay & Display system with a Number Plate Recog- nition system, run by Premier Parking Solutions (PPS). Annual or 6 month permits can be arranged directly with PPS - 0845 8621034 - NOT through Darthaven. Waste & Recycling - located opposite our Berthing and Service Office is the waste disposal check area. We recycle as much waste product as possible and would greatly appreciate if, during your stay, you could do the same. • Separated into two sections, general waste on the left and recycling on the right, it’s never been easier. Please separate your glass waste. • For the disposal of waste oil, please find the large green tank located under the railway bridge as marked on the Marina Map (page 9). For used fuel and oil filters please use the allocated bins to the right of the Engineering Workshop. Pyrotechnic Disposal - in our Chandlery, we accept out of date flares only when check purchasing replacements, so be sure to ask a member of our staff for more information. Otherwise, a licensed contractor must dispose of all waste flares. FIRE HAZARD! - DO NOT DISPOSE OF FLARES IN THE RECYCLING BINS Security - CCTV operates 24 hours a day and monitored by our night staff on duty daily check (7 days/week). • Access to the Marina can only be gained by entrance though our electronic gates operated using an access code. • Visitors should ask for the entrance code at the Berthing Office. VISITING YACHTS Visitor berths are available all year round and are located next to the main Marina. Arranged in the shape of an H, this pontoon can accommodate up to 40 boats during the busiest periods. Visitors are always advised to call ahead, ensuring one of the Berthing team is aware of your planned arrival. Due to high demand, we are unable to reserve berths in advance during the Summer months but will always do our utmost to accommodate vessels of all sizes up to 20m (65ft). Payment is due upon arrival. Visiting yachts are requested to vacate the berth by 12:00 midday on the intended day of departure.
