CO NTE NTS # P O RTS M O UT H ST RON G FO R OVER 40 Y EAR S In 1992 we started with a small metal sign outside our building that said Scioto County Counseling Center. It’s when we took over the Brown Adams Substance Abuse Center, that we decided to start going by the name TCC. Our first hand painted sign was $200 and we barely had enough in the budget to put it up, but that was beginning of us being a part of a community that is making a difference. Now TCC is the most comprehensive recovery services provider in the region and one of the most comprehensive in the state, featuring everything from crisis response to withdrawal management, to partial hospitalization and transitional client care, to long term case management/individual counseling. This strong recovery service line, in conjunction with our unparalleled Success Center, create the most effective plan for individuals to get cleanand stay clean. 03. LE T TER FROM THE CEO 17.
