CORPORATE LOUNGE + TERRACE
If you are looking for something more exclusive for your group booking, consider spending
race day in air-conditioned comfort with the best views of Thabeban Racecourse.

GAZEBO (MINI MARQUEE)
A gazebo is a comfortable way for family and friends to enjoy a day at the races. This is a
great option for birthdays, Christmas parties, or corporate functions. A number of gazebos
can be booked side-by-side for groups larger than 10.

o Racecourse admission for 10
o 3m x 3m gazebo
o 1 table and 10 chairs
o TV hire (additional cost)
o Opportunity to pre-order beverages and catering platters

Cost: $250 (or $300 with TV)

(Up to 4 extra entry tickets can be purchased for $10 each)

Located under the awning of the clubhouse directly in front of the finish line, this is the
perfect spot to host your work Christmas party. With the clubhouse bar and betting ring in
close proximity, you won’t have far to go to enjoy your day at the track.

o Racecourse admission for 10 people
o Exclusive fenced area on terrace
o Table and 10 chairs
o Close to televisions
o Opportunity to pre-purchase beverages and catering platters

Cost $300

(Up to 4 extra entry tickets can be purchased for $10 each)

         XXXX Gold Marquee - $85 pp (minimum of 25 people required for booking)

         Table seating; buffet lunch; access to private bar, televisions, and entertainment.

A 50% non-refundable deposit and booking form is required to confirm booking. Full payment is
required two weeks prior to event to finalise booking. In the event of a cancellation, there are no
refunds on private bookings or marquee tickets. In the event of wet weather, the event still goes
ahead as scheduled, or as Phantom Meeting if track too wet to race with all bookings
accommodated. No refunds are offered on unused pre-purchased drinks, so avoid overordering.
