Turbowin’s dual air cooling system is a globally patented technology which
helps lower the motor temperature up to 10 degrees Celsius compared to
that of other products in the market. The system cools the outer stator
first, which then cools air foil bearing, winding, and rotor in succession.
This system has greatly improved the durability and life of motor bearing
which has been highly praised by customers around the world.

1 VFD COOLING SYSTEM
Turbowin's WL Series is based on dual air cooling system which does not require
additional motor cooling. Even for the inverter, we do not require additional
cooling system thanks to our Smart VFD inverter cooling system. The cooling air
passing through the inverter is combined with the cooling air passing through
the motor which is then released outside altogether. This design can help the
product operate more efficiently compared to other brands. All our turbo
blowers are compatible with global brands of inverters certified with CE or UL,
and VFD can be customized depending on customer’s requirement.

passes through non-woven fabric filters first and then through medium filters. Dusts and
other foreign particles are effectively filtered. Filters can be easily replaced during stop or

Bradley, Siemens, RS Automation and LG PLC. Depending on customer’s requirement
we also offer MICOM controller. The three common communication protocols (RS485,

Single Motor - Single Impeller WL Series
WL single impeller series are small, efficient, and durable turbo blowers. These blowers
can be used for air supply in water and wastewater treatment plants, dry powder
transfer in chemical or cement plants, air knife and numerous other industrial
applications. These single impeller machines are the best solution for low to medium
air volume, low pressure requirements. (200, 250HP are manufactured in either a single
impeller or dual impeller type depending on the field pressure)

Turbowin's single motor dual impeller are suited to larger volume, medium to high air
flow ranges. Normally when the HP gets higher, the motor size becomes larger, but

design. In case of dual impeller type, reducing the error rate in the flow drawn from both

Turbowin’s dual motor and dual impeller series is the perfect fit for wide range of
medium to high capacities. Dual motor blowers offer a wide range or operation with
turndowns of up to 4:1 compared to the standard 2:1 turndown of sing core products.
Currently, 1200HP(dual motor) turbo blowers have already been developed which is
expected to be released in first half of 2021.
