ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS Leadership, organisational and managerial skills Leadership skills gained through my research activities, and as co-founder of Giovani per la Salute (non-profit association in La Spezia) and active member of both "Giovani in Comune" (no profit association nearby La Spezia) and executive member of "Proloco I due Fiumi" (no profit association nearby La Spezia). Good organisational skills gained in coordinating lab activities, as well as promoter of many events related to Health and Innovation, such as "Giornata della Salute [The Day of Health]" (La Spezia, 2016) or "Non-Invasive Medicine" and "Possible applications of Blockchain in health management" during PisaInnovaSalute festival (Pisa, Prosit Center, Prof. Lopalco). Good team-working skills developed thanks to many research projects followed at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (Pisa), Pisa Univeristy and abroad, as well as with the plublic events organised in Pisa and La Spezia. COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Good communication and interpersonal skills Good communication and interpersonal skills trained thanks to sport practice (volleyball, tennis, sailing, etc.), school projects, and my experience in clinical practice in Italy (in Italian language) as well as abroad (in English and Spanish language). Such skills have been also improved thanks to my master degree in autism, and the organization of public events and seminars, as well as the active participation in no-profit associations and in group research projects.
