How You Can Make a Difference
There are several Patient Support Funds that have been established at the NCMC
Foundation over the years. Many times, patients are unable to work while receiving
treatment for cancer or other serious medical conditions. They have the added financial
stress of how to make their mortgage or rent payments, pay their utilities, or phone. They
may need counseling services or have other hardships such as needing transportation to
and from treatment, medication costs, and may not have enough for food. Proceeds from
this year’s Gala will benefit these vital Patient Support Funds.

Mission - The North Colorado Medical Center Foundation promotes excellence in health and
education in Weld County.
Goals - Since 1975, the NCMC Foundation has partnered with North Colorado Medical Center
and provided more than $55 million in program support, facility improvements, education
opportunities for staff, scholarships for nursing and other medical careers, and medical equipment.
The NCMC Foundation is committed to the mission of promoting excellence in health and
education in Weld County.
