AUXILIARY ENTERPRISES’ RESPONSE TO THE PANDEMIC The novel coronavirus has not been kind to the hospitality industry, nor the university housing system. As the university transitioned to remote learning last spring, team members across Auxiliary Enterprises (AE) and, subsequently, the Division of Residential and Hospitality Services (RHS) made quick efforts to come together and work gracefully through each challenge.
