For as long as I can remember I’ve always wanted to
design homes, and the homes that I’ve designed for
Cornell Rouge have been some of the most unique
in my career. Cornell Rouge was founded on the
principles of new urbanism, which at its core, represented a
desire to return to a quality of life that had somehow been lost
in the traditional suburban setting. The homes designed for
Cornell Rouge create a better built environment by changing

There are several factors that set

stone fireplace is surrounded
by burnished gold accents,
balanced shades of greys and
splashes of merlot.
This master ensuite is
complete with a spacious
double vanity, drop-in bath
tub and a frameless glass
shower enclosure. For this
space we selected light and
simple finishes, cabinetry
and plumbing fixtures. We
added interest in the already
soothing monochromatic colour
scheme through texture in
the wallpaper. Ultimately, we
achieved a spa-like oasis where
one can retreat to and enjoy.
