General Information We are excited to welcome you to Friendly Hills Bank. As part of the conversion there will be some services that will be temporarily unavailable the weekend of September 24 through September 26, 2021. Please make note of these changes and plan ahead since you will have limited access to your Bank of Southern California account information during the conversion weekend. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: When will Bank of Southern California become Friendly Hills Bank? A: The “scheduled” date is at the close of business Friday September 24, 2021. To accommodate the conversion of accounts to Friendly Hills Bank your branch will close at 2:00 pm and other services such as Online Banking, Positive Pay and Remote Deposit Capture will be deactivated at 5:00 pm as of September 24, 2021. Q: Will I be able to access my accounts during the conversion to Friendly Hills Bank? A: While we are working diligently to ensure you have a smooth transition to Friendly Hills Bank, there will be a brief period from September 24, 2021 –September 26, 2021 when you will not be able to access your accounts. If you need to access cash during that time, we suggest that you make appropriate preparations. Q: Will my account number change? A: At this time, your account number will remain the same. However, in the event that your account number has to change, you will be notified and we will assist you every step of the way. Q: Will the bank’s routing number change? A: Yes your routing number (the nine digit number that identifies a financial institution) will change. Your Friendly Hills Bank routing number will be 122244249. Q: Will branch hours be changing? A: No. Branch hours will remain the same. Q: Will branch phone numbers change? A: The Redlands and Orange offices will retain the same phone number. The Santa Fe Springs branch phone number will change to (562) 236-8888 effective September 27, 2021. Q: Who will be handling my accounts and my transactions? A: The same people you know and trust will continue to serve you with the same level of service you have come to expect. Q: Who should I call for questions about my account? A: You can talk to the employees at your local branch or visit our website at www.friendlyhillsbank.com for more information. You can also contact us at (562) 947-1920. We want to make this transition as easy as possible and will gladly answer any questions you may have. 1
Q: Do I need to make any changes to my automatic payments or deposits? (Social Security/Direct Deposit/Payroll Deposits) A: Yes. VERY IMPORTANT: You will need to contact companies that automatically deposit to or withdraw from your account. Be sure to let them know that the new routing number 122244249 will not be effective until September 27, 2021. Q: Will there be any changes in bank services? A: Your checking and savings accounts will be converted to comparable Friendly Hills Bank products. A comparison of products may be found on page 5 for personal accounts and page 12 for business accounts. Q: How can I get account information after hours? A: Friendly Hills Bank offers access to your account information 24/7 through Online Banking and Mobile Banking and the ability to perform a variety of banking transactions anytime, anywhere. Online Banking is available at www.friendlyhillsbank.com Our Mobile Banking APP can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Q: Will there be changes to my account statement? A: The general appearance will change, but the information will be the same. Check images and electronic statements are available through online banking. Please note you will receive a final account statement from Bank of Southern California either September 7th, 14th or 15th depending when your statement cutoff date is. Q: Will the statement date for my deposit accounts change? A: The statement date for your accounts with Friendly Hills Bank may change. Statements for personal checking and money market accounts will be processed on the 15th of each month. Savings accounts will remain as quarterly. Statements for business checking and money market accounts will be processed the last business day of each month. Q: Will the fees associated with my account change? A: Depending on your account, your fees may change. Please review the product tables in this guide and the accompanying Terms and Conditions & Schedules of Fees packet for specific information. We will be waiving the monthly service fee (formerly referred to as “maintenance fee”) on depository accounts through 12/31/21. Q: Are my deposits still covered by FDIC insurance? A: Yes, to the extent your deposits are covered by FDIC insurance now, they will continue to be covered, unless you have other deposits at Friendly Hills Bank. We will continue to work with you to make sure your deposits are covered by FDIC insurance to the fullest extent possible. Q: Will I need to order new checks? A: Yes. Friendly Hills Bank will be sending out a new starter packet of checks. We will switch your checks over to reflect Friendly Hills Bank’s logo and routing number and you should receive your new checks prior to the conversion. Please do not use the new checks until September 25, 2021. This will be done at no charge to you. 2

Personal Banking FAQs Q: Will I receive a new debit card? A: Yes. A Friendly Hills Bank Visa debit card will be mailed to all active card holders the week of September 20, 2021. You will receive your debit card and assigned PIN as two separate mailings. Included in the mailing will be instructions regarding card activation which you can do effective September 26, 2021. This will also include changing your PIN number. Q: Will my Debit Card withdrawal and purchase limits change? A: The limits on your new Friendly Hills Bank Visa Debit Card will remain the same. Q: What will happen to my Bank of Southern California credit card? A: You may continue to use your Bank of Southern California credit card. If you are considering getting a new credit card, Friendly Hills Bank has partnered with Elan Financial Services to provide our clients with premier credit card services (subject to credit approval). Q: Do I need to re-enroll in Online and Mobile Banking? A: At this time, your login methods and credentials will remain the same. Your access to the current Bank of Southern California internet banking service and mobile app will be deactivated on September 24, 2021 at 5:00 pm. Effective September 26th it is recommended you enroll for Online Banking at www.friendlyhillsbank.com to ensure there are no issues or delays. After you have enrolled into Online Banking you may download the FHB2GO Mobile app by going to Apple’s App Store or Android’s Google Play. Q: What will happen to my bill payees and automatic payments and transfers? Will I have to re-enter them? A: Yes. VERY IMPORTANT: Please note the Bank of Southern California platform will not allow for this information to be transferred. We recommend you download or record your payees and payment history prior to the conversion. Q: What will happen to my Social Security direct deposits? A: VERY IMPORTANT: You will need to contact the Social Security Administration office and give them Friendly Hills Bank’s routing number, 122244249, to avoid any account disruptions. It may take up to 45 days for the Social Security Administration to update this information. You can change your Social Security direct deposit information from Bank of Southern California to Friendly Hills Bank through any of the following options: 1. Online – Visit the Social Security website at ssa.gov and select the “my Social Security” link. 2. Call the Social Security Offices at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) between 8:00 am – 7:00 pm., Monday through Friday. 3. Visit your local Social Security Office Q: Will I be able to retrieve historical bank statements or copies of paid checks? A: No you will not. VERY IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend you download the last 12 months of bank statements prior to the conversion. 4

Business Banking FAQs REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE Q; When do I need to stop using Remote Deposit Capture through Bank of Southern California? A: Your company can make deposits until 5:00 pm Friday, September 24, 2021, for the current business day. Q: What do I need to do if I am a Remote Deposit Capture user? A: If you are a Remote Deposit Capture user, you will be contacted by a Friendly Hills Bank representative. Q: What is the cut-off time for Friendly Hills Bank’s Remote Deposit Capture? A: Beginning September 27, 2021, Friendly Hills Bank’s cut-off time will occur at 4:00 pm for the posting to take place on the next business day as a direct deposit. ACH BATCH PROCESSING Q: When is the cut-off time to create an ACH file through Bank of Southern California’s website? A: ACH origination of new files will have a deadline based on settlement date. The cut-off time to create an ACH file will be 2:00 pm on Thursday September 23, 2021, with a settlement date of Friday, September 24, 2021. Any file created with a settlement date beyond Friday, September 24, 2021, will not be processed. ACH services will be available for use on Monday, September 27, 2021, using Friendly Hills Bank’s online platform at www.friendlyhillsbank.com. Q: What is Friendly Hills Bank’s cut-off time for ACH processing? A: Friendly Hills Bank’s cut-off time for ACH processing is 4:00 pm. You can begin using this service on Monday, September 27, 2021. Friendly Hills Bank does not offer same-day ACH processing at this time. Q: Will there be any changes to how I create an ACH file? A: Friendly Hills Bank will accept a standard NACHA formatted file, a csv file or the data can be manually entered. Changes to your accounting software will be required to add Friendly Hills Bank’s routing number (122244249) in the file header field. Q: What will happen to my existing ACH files? WIRES Q: What is Friendly Hills Bank’s wire processing schedule? A: You can initiate out-going wire transfers at any of our branch locations or through the On-line banking portal. Out-going wire transfers submitted before 1:30 pm, will be sent the same day. Any out-going transfers completed after the 1:30 pm cut-off time will be sent out on the next business day. Incoming wire transfers received by Friendly Hills Bank before 3:30 pm Monday – Friday will be posted to the client’s account on that day. Any incoming transfers received after the 3:30 pm cut-off time will be posted to the client’s account on the next business day. Wire Transfers are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
