Police Legatees at Graduations Thanks to an initiative of Assistant Commissioner Kevin Casey APM in late 2016, police legatees are now invited to attend graduations at the Victoria Police Academy Mason. His mother Cathy Mason is a VPL legatee. Kenneth sadly passed away in 2011, after 39 years of service with Victoria Police.
