PROPERTY STANDARDS Our motto to our valued Guests is, “Welcome to your home away from home.” To this end, we constantly encourage Owners to provide us the best possible properties to present to our Guests. We find a higher demand and thus higher occupancy rate, for the better-equipped and better-furnished properties. Classifications of properties: 1. Luxury – The highest standards apply here. Must be recently upgraded or new construction and meet all the criteria of the ultimate in luxury living. 2. Premier – Recently renovated to include all new kitchen and baths, appliances and fixtures, new flooring and window coverings, and refurnished within the past five year with all new furniture, bedding and carpet, if applicable. The Premier class of property normally demands room rates between 10% and 20% higher than a Superior rated property. 3. Superior – Renovated within the last ten years, to include all new kitchen and bath counters and cabinets, floor and window coverings, new furniture and bedding. 7
