Success(non-continuation) ThecontinuationrateforP4Q1studentsis 95%(2016–17)andthisisfivepercentage pointshigherthanthesectorrateforP4Q1. Thisreflectsfouryearsofcontinuous improvementandisabovethesectoraverage continuationrateforP4Q5students.Thegap inperformancecomparedtoP4Q5studentsis small(2.7%)andwellbelowthesectorrateof 4.3%.Overtheperiodfrom2012–13thegap hasreducedfrom4.1%to2.7%,andisno longerstatisticallysignificant. TheUniversityhasasustainedandverypositive retentionrecordacrossallstudentgroups (seefigures1–4).Thisreflectsourcontinued investmentinanddevelopmentofintegrated
