Welcome Back From Image Scotland
We hope that you enjoyed your Summer break, whatever you were up to. All the guys at Image
Scotland are building up to another very busy academic year and don’t worry – we haven’t been
relaxing all Summer long!
The great news is that our university and college service is bigger, better and more appealing than
ever and we are delighted to introduce you to some of the positive changes to our service. Before we
go on, don’t worry... all the usual popular elements of our service like free delivery and no minimum
order are still in place.
Here’s what’s new for 2021/22...
New and Extended Product Ranges
In addition to our fantastic range of club and society leisurewear, we are delighted to introduce Helly
Hansen and Musto for the new academic year. We are very proud to partner both these fantastic
outdoor clothing brands. Their whole range is available at a fantastic discount of 28% off standard
retail prices for our university customers. In our 2021/22 brochure we feature a snapshot of their
ranges which covers anything from technical mountaineering kit to high quality sailing and water
sports clothing.
Online Order Facilities
To assist with the ordering process for clubs and societies we are delighted to introduce a selection
of online ordering platforms that can be set up. These allow clubs to order in bulk online or individual
members to order and pay independently. Our new systems provide a more flexible way for clubs and
societies to order merch.
Outdoor Clothing & Equipment Repairs
If your club or society is outdoor based, on the water or on the hills, Image Scotland are well placed to
help maintain your performance clothing and equipment through our repair and maintenance service.
We offer full repair and washing facilities for most of the major outdoor brands and can repair a whole
host of technical items including waterproof jackets, down products, sleeping bags, rucksacks and
tents. Get in touch if you need a gear refresh!
Environmental Awareness
Image Scotland continues to be aware of the environmental and ethical demands placed on our
industry by you, our customer. You want to be confident that your garments are sourced and
produced using certified and accredited processes and 2021/22 sees us continue to work with brands
that meet our required criteria. All brands that we choose to partner all have the necessary Oko-Tex
and WRAP certifications, giving you the confidence that your clothing is ethically produced. We have a
complete section explaining our commitment to this important issue.
Image Scotland Website
To coincide with the start of the new academic year, we are going to be spending a lot of time
updating our website. This will include the introduction of a lot of brand new products as well as a
whole host of new features which will improve your online experience with Image Scotland even
more. You can expect more interaction with our popular social media feeds so you can keep up to date
with all the Image Scotland news as well as a dedicated section for university students.

Image Scotland Service for Club & Society Stash
We offer an extensive service for all university and college clubs and societies for personalised
clothing, which includes
• 1000’s of garments available including varsity clothing, sports kit, outdoor gear and general
leisurewear.
• A full personalisation service using embroidery, screen printing, digital printing and thermal
transfer.
• Pricing which is inclusive of one embroidery or one print on the garments.
• No minimum order on all of our standard product lines.
• Free delivery of orders over £250.00 ex VAT to private addresses and for all orders delivered to a
university or union address. Orders below £250.00 ex VAT delivered to private addresses will incur
an £8.00 ex VAT delivery charge.
• Fast and efficient turnaround of orders.
• Free design set up of your university or college logo including your club or society name above or
below.
• Full sampling service available for sizing, colour and quality purposes.
• All personalisation work undertaken in the UK using our in-house embroidery and printing systems
ensuring the best possible quality control.
• Freephone facilities for making contact with our sales team.
• A complete range of environmentally friendly and ethically sourced products adhering to the
highest industry standards.

Image Scotland take the issue of environmental ethics in the personalised clothing and apparel industry very seriously.
That’s why for 2021-22, we have gone out of our way to associate ourselves with our brand partners that adhere to the
highest possible standards set by the industry.
These worldwide recognised accreditations ensure that stringent ethical standards must be met which gives you, our
valued customers, confidence that practices such as child labour, unfair working conditions and environmental pollution
are not used during the production of the garments advertised.
Throughout our 2021-22 University Brochure, you will see various symbols listed against many of the products listed. We
thought it would be helpful to give you a background to each one.
WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production)
WRAP is an independent, objective, non profit team of social compliance experts dedicated
to promoting safe, lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing around the world. They use
a process of certification and education and manufacturers that adopt WRAP all have to
operate to a cohesive and comprehensive code which is independently policed. WRAP sets
out a number of major principles ranging from prohibition of child and forced labour to drugs
interdiction and customs compliance. It covers laws and workplace regulations including hours
or work, discrimination and health & safety, as well standards and regulations in relation to the

OEKO-TEX®
OEKO-TEX® is an internationally recognised testing standard which sets minimum acceptable levels for substances which
might be harmful to humans or the environment that can be used during the garment production process. It deals with
the four major areas of textile ecology –
1. Disposal Ecology – recovery, recycling, disposal.
2. Production Ecology – operational safety, water and energy consumption, formation of dust and
excessive noise.
3. Performance Ecology – the effects of washing and dry cleaning on the environment.
4. Human Ecology – the effects of chemicals on health and well being.

Outwith the accreditations detailed, some of our brands also comply with the Fair Wear Foundation and have their own
code of ethical standards that they adhere to. These policies can be viewed on their individual websites.
We believe that no garment decorator in the UK takes their social and environmental responsibility more
seriously than Image Scotland. That is why we are being open and honest with you, our valued customer, and
providing as much information as we can on this increasingly important subject.

Unit costs quoted include one embroidery or print. Additional designs quoted on request.
Artwork Services
The generation of artwork is free of charge is we are provided with a good quality design file. Image Scotland reserve the
right to quote and charge for artwork services if a significant amount of work is involved in preparing a low quality graphic
for print or embroidery purposes.
Origination Charges
University and College crests are free of charge, other designs quoted on request.
Pricing
We hope to maintain our prices shown in this catalogue until 1.08.2022. Prices shown are for garments sized XXL and
below, please contact us for larger garment pricing if this is required.
VAT
All prices detailed are subject to VAT currently at 20%.
Availability
All of our products are offered subject to availability. Both ourselves and the manufacturers we work with are constantly
striving to improve our products and services. We reserve the right to make alterations to the specifications of any products
listed at any time.
