notifications advising them of when their parcel will

Our tariff has nine convenient zones. To calculate the cost of your consignment, refer to
the zone guide and scheduled transit times, and follow the simple steps.
Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are door to door. 2. All rates are per consignment in UK £ sterling and exclude VAT. Note: VAT is applicable to all EU
destinations. 3. For parcels, price includes transit liability of $100 per consignment. 4. When the volume of goods exceeds
5.0 cubic metres per tonne, the company reserves the right to charge by volume. 5. Rates quoted include routine Customs
clearance for informal entries. For complex Customs procedures requiring formal entries, and/or use of receiving country’s
deferment account, a charge may be made to the consignee. This will depend on the country, destination and/or commodity.
6. We are unable to deliver to PO Box/BFPO numbers. Delivery to PO Box only accepted for parcels going to Oman, Qatar,
Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kenya and Panama. 7. All consignments are carried under the Terms and Conditions of carriage of DPD,
a copy of which is available on request. 8. The sender is liable for all non-paid duty and VAT by the receiver when delivery has
been made. An additional administration charge of £10 or 2% of the invoice value, whichever is the greater, will apply. The

Get fast customs clearance
With DPD Direct we will ensure your goods receive express customs
clearance, utilising a paperless system. This means that all your
customs requirements are taken care of online, with no need to
produce invoices to accompany the parcel.
Delivery Duty Paid
Where duty is payable (non-EU destinations), using the DPD Direct
service means all items can pass through customs efficiently and
quickly. Your parcels to these destinations are Delivered Duty Paid,
which means DPD will invoice you separately for any duties payable.
Return items
The DPD Direct service includes a returns service for unwanted and
undeliverable items.
DPD Direct is run in conjunction with wnDirect, an international
logistics specialist, meaning you have the benefit of two lots of
expertise when you ship your parcels.

UK Service
1. All rates are exclusive of VAT.
2. When the volume of goods exceeds 6.0 cubic metres per tonne, the Company reserves the right to
charge by volume.
3. Rates may be subject to surcharge, which will be advised to customers in advance.
4. All consignments are carried under the Terms and Conditions of Carriage of DPD Local UK Ltd, a copy of
which is available on request.
5. An additional £8.50 will be applied to all 3rd party and 3rd-4th party collections.
6. Freight and standard parcels should be consigned separately. If you do ship a multiple piece consignment
with a mixture of freight and parcels, the whole consignment will be charged as freight if one item
weighs more than 31.5kg.
7. A handling charge of £18.00 per consignment will apply for any items that exceed dimensions of 1.0 metre
and/or weight more than 31.5kg and that are not palletied nor on skids.
8. Minimum invoice charge of £40.00 may apply.
