                 crystal nucleus of copper and the crystal nucleus of silver are
                 synthesized.

                 electroconductive ink containing a metal having a high melting
                 point to have improved dischargeability from ink-jet devices and
                 retain suitable dischargeability for a long period. The

                 inorganic powder including particles of a metal having a high
                 melting point, a dispersant, an organic solvent, and a poly(vinyl
                 acetal) resin. In the electroconductive ink, the inorganic powder

                 2.5×104-6.4×104, and the ratio of the weight of the poly(vinyl
                 acetal) resin to the weight of the organic solvent, WPA/WS, is

                 dischargeability and long-term stability.

  Resumen        Intercalation pastes for use with semic onductor devices are
                 disclosed. The pas tes contain precious metal particles, i
                 ntercalating particles, organic vehicle , and metal-based
                 additives (MBAs). MBA s can be used to improve the material p
                 roperties of metal particle layers. Spe cific formulations have
                 been developed to be screen-printed directly onto a dr ied
                 metal particle layer and fired to m ake a fired multilayer stack.
                 The fired multilayer stack can be tailored to cr eate a solderable
                 surface, high mechani cal strength, and low contact resistanc e.
                 In some embodiments, the fired multi layer stack can etch
                 through a dielectr ic layer to improve adhesion to a subst rate.
                 Such pastes can be used to increa se the efficiency of silicon
                 solar cell s, specifically multi- and mono-crystal line silicon
                 back-surface field (BSF), and passivated emitter and rear
                 contact (PERC) photovoltaic cells. Other appli cations include
                 integrated circuits and more broadly, electronic devices.
