The SHCT gives grants for the maintenance and repairs of Shropshire’s churches of all denominations, especially those of architectural or historical significance. Since the Trust was established in 1991 we have awarded over £1,000,000 to Shropshire churches. One of the ways the Trust raises funds is the Gardens Open scheme which offers a wide range of interesting gardens, the proceeds divided equally between the Trust and the parish church. If you would like to offer your Garden for the scheme we would very much like to hear from you.
