TEAM STRENGTH
The team comprises of 3 Photographers (Candid and Traditional), 3
Cinematographers, 1 Director & 1 Drone operator and 1 assistant – A
total of 8-9 people.
The full team travels together and arrives on the evening of 23rd Jan in
Kolkata. No Live Stream of video unless specially requested and
accounted for. Details to be discussed
No other photo / video team to be engaged apart from us otherwise all
terms and conditions are void. We shall be essentially covering both
from the Bride & Groom side. You guys can change this point according to

FINAL DELIVERABLES
1) All RAW video + photo footage shall be delivered on a 2TB Lacie
THUNDERBOLT hard-drive (provided by client. Cost of one
Thunderbolt drive is approx. Rs. 15000.00)
2) One Trailer film. Dur – 4-5-mins
3) One Highlight film. Dur – 40-45 mins
4) 2000-2500 edited images (Exposure and colour corrected)
5) Full films for the main events (Mehendi /Sangeet / Wedding ) -

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Full and final balance payment shall be done latest on 30th Jan 2021
and no payment shall be held citing delivery reasons whatsoever.
All digital photographs (approx. 2000-2500 nos.) and two videos are
included in this package (Highlight film and Full-Video). These two final
videos shall be delivered within

exponentially delay the deliverables.
The Trailer is complimentary and shall be of 4-5 minutes duration and
this shall be delivered to the client approximately a week before the
delivery of the highlight film. Trailer to be conceptualized along with the
CHIEF EDITOR (suggestions from the couple are welcome).
No changes to the trailer are possible except a few by mutual consent –
We request you to let us know beforehand if you want / do not want
any particular people / shots included in the trailer and we shall
construct it accordingly.
The final highlight film shall be of duration of 40-45 minutes. Music
preferences and credits for the highlight film shall be given by the
client. After seeing the final draft / cut, one round of changes is
permitted by the client. Any additional changes to the video / film
beyond the one round shall be charged extra. If the client does not send
the final changes of the HL film in 72 hours after delivery, we will
assume that the edit is FULL and FINAL and shall render the final HL
out from our systems ready for final delivery. Please please be very
careful about this point. We shall not be in a position entertain any
changes, whatsoever, in the HL film beyond the stipulated 72 hour
period.
All images and videos shall be delivered to the client on a 1 / 2TB
Thunderbolt-drive. In addition, the Highlight film, the images shall also
be uploaded on online links via zenfolio.com.The Wedding Story Contract 05 The full videos are real-time video footage of the actual events. Minor editing to remove the bad shots / out of focus footage / camera shakes and other unnecessary footage shall be done at our end and light instrumental music (as per the mood) shall be placed as background music. The total duration of this “FULL-VIDEO” film shall be approx. 120- 180 mins. All full films shall be delivered on the Hard drive provided by the client. Recording of audio interviews of family and friends for the wedding highlight film is included in this package. Six Interview frames (Bride / Groom / BR-siblings/friends / GR- siblings/friends / BR-parents / GR- parents). Each frame can contain a maximum of three-four people. Please note that we shall be co-ordinating with a one-point contact person for the entire filming and co-ordination process during the wedding. This person shall be referred to as P-O-C and will be requested to kindly let us know the names of the final friends / relatives whose audio bytes we shall be shooting for the Highlight Film. We will also rely on this person to inform these people about their audio bytes and make sure that they all turn up for their bytes as pre-decided groups. We avoid shooting any frames on the final day of the wedding so the shooting of all these audio bytes will need to be wrapped up on prior days. Please note that these bytes are the magic of the film and so try and give us names of people who are not shy to speak in front of the camera. This package DOES NOT include printing of wedding albums / coffee table books. A total of not more than 180 pics can be incorporated in each album should you wish to print later. All images edited and album custom designed. Each page of album shall be 12 by 12 inches in dimension. Cost per album for any extra albums is INR 25,000.00. Selection of the images to be done by client. Travel (Mumbai-Kolkata-Mumbai), food and Accommodation (5 rooms for 9-10 people) to be kindly provided by the client. At least TWO rooms HAVE TO BE provided at the venue please, otherwise it will compromise the quality of the shoot. The rest 3 rooms can be provided at a hotel nearby along with dedicated cars for team travel. The rooms check-in on 23rd Jan noon and checkout on 26th Jan noon.

ASKED QUESTIONS
1) Who selects the music and film titles for the movies
that are released?
Music and songs selection are a joint decision of the client and the edit
team. A client co-ordinator from the studio shall be co-ordinating this.

2) Will our wedding planners, other vendors name feature
in the film?
Oh absolutely. And they will love their names on the big screen just like
a feature film.
3) Can we also have additional photographers /
videographers along with TWS?
Absolutely NOT. You are paying us big bucks to do the job. Save money
and hire only one team. The other advantage of this is that we will get
unobstructed visuals without badly dressed / mis-behaved and
arrogant local photographers jumping into our frames and ruining the
candid film moments. We request you to please inform your vendors /
relatives about this essential clause. In past cases we have encountered
other teams suddenly turning up at the venue without the client’s
knowledge and such teams have spoilt the quality of our work.
4) Why does it take 90-100 days for the delivery of our
wedding HL film?
Film editing is an extremely tedious and creative process and we work
with some of the best editors in the industry who are perfectionists and
believe in the highest quality of film editing. After seeing hours and
hours of footage they select the best of the best shots for the HL film
and naturally all this takes time. As a thumb-rule, each minute of final
edit takes about one day to finalize once the final edit begins. Rest
assured, once you see your final HL film, the wait will be well worth the

5) What is the one round of permissible change allowed once
we see the film? Is it one change per delivery (FF, HL, TR etc.)?
No changes permitted in the Full films (FF) unless there is a grave edit
error. One round of changes in the Highlight film means that once the
couple sees the film for the first time, they can add / delete some clips
as per their liking. Some close relatives whose footage is unintentionally
missed by the editors can be added in this round. Any other minor
changes can also be corrected.

6) Do we get the raw footage? How is it usually delivered?
Everything that has been shot by us is rightfully your property. We don't
hold back anything. You get all the RAW videos and all processed
photos (The bad ones are deleted forever) as well as the final videos on
a 2TB hard drive provided by you. RAW videos are clips of the videos
shot by all our cameras (May be useful in edits later like
first anniversary / 25th anniversary etc.)
7) Will our trailer or Highlight film be released on Social
Media as well?
Highlight films are usually uploaded on our vimeo channel at a nominal
cost. We do not release / upload the highlight films on our facebook /
YouTube channel. Trailers are shorter versions and more exciting videos
and hence we release them worldwide on our YouTube page. However,
the release depends on a few factors. Firstly, we do not release trailers
of couples who don't want them to be shown publicly. We respect your
privacy but this clause has to be specified at the time of signing this
contract. As a thumb rule, out of every 10 films we release one on our
public channel – For the release, the film has to have a very strong story
angle or a unique feature or destination – without that the release on
the page may not be possible.The Wedding Story Contract 08
8) What if the delivery is delayed by TWS?
It is rare that the delivery of the film is delayed beyond 100 days. But it is
possible that the director of film / director of the company is unhappy
with some portions of the film and requests for a re-edit - in which case
a delay might happen. All we can say is that it is for the benefit of the
film and the client. Most great cinema blockbusters have been delayed
but have turned out better due to the re-edit. So it is all in good spirit.
We apologize for the inconvenience (should a delay happen) but assure
you that we will not release anything that we don't absolutely adore. So
please be patient and give us time to work our magic.
9) Can we come and see the RAW footage and select our shots?
We shoot thousands and thousands of film clips from multiple cameras
and sometimes the total duration of these RAW clips exceeds 50-60
hours of footage for a typical three-day wedding. At the studio, these
clips undergo careful conversion and screening and a battery of editors
work night and day to create a first cut of the best clips for the chief
editor. This process is almost factory-like with editor stations brimming
with activity through odd hours. Client interference at this stage will not
only delay the final edit by double but also disrupt the Zen-like
concentration of the editors going through the footage in their own
space and time. So, no, we do not allow clients to sit through RAW
footage selection. This is the reason we have one round of edit changes.
In case the couple is not happy with some footage he/she can
communicate this after the first screening of their film and the changes
will be done.
10) How many total Images should we expect and how are
the images selected and delivered?
Ideally, there is no limit to the number of images shot. But as far as the
delivery is concerned, we understand that in this age of information
overload, clients prefer quality over quantity. After the event, our image
editors go through each and every image and eliminate the duplicate /
out-of-focus shots. Then they process every selected image and once
all the images are processed, they are systematically segregated and
uploaded online into event-wise folders. This online zenfolio link is
shared with you within 30-35 days. We also post this link on the
common WhatsApp group so that all friends and family can see and
cherish the images instantly. Apart from the online upload, all these
images are also stored in your main thunderbolt drive which is delivered
to you once all the images / films are ready within 90-100 days.The Wedding Story Contract 09
11) What is the estimated time of delivery of all deliverables?
What do you need from us after the wedding for
the completion of the project?
As per the contract we deliver everything within 35 to 95 days after the
wedding. This means the simpler things like images are delivered within
35-45 days after the wedding and the full films could take about 90-95
days depending on the season work load. The highlight film and trailer
could take upto 80-90 days for the delivery. The couple is required to
send us two things for the completion of the Highlight film in time - First
is the music selection of Allocated

crucial family members) for the opening and closing sections of the film.
A delay in sending these will exponentially delay the delivery schedule
of the highlight film. As a thumb-rule, we expect these two things from
the couple within thirty days after the wedding.
