We do not automatically update you on the progress of resales, but please call the box office if you need an update on whether your tickets have sold. Upgrading tickets Within 48 hours of the show, if you wish to upgrade your tickets, you will need to purchase the new ones and offer your old ones for resale. Original tickets will need to be returned to the box office and will only be re-sold after all other tickets have been sold. Gift vouchers Watermill vouchers can be purchased from the box office and online and can be used to buy tickets. We are unable to accept them in our bar and restaurant.
