COME & SEE Who is Jesus? What is He like? Why is he worth following? The invitation to “come and see” was used by John to help people discover who Jesus is and follow him. When two of John’s disciples began to follow in his footsteps, Jesus then replied “Come, and you will see.” Our church-wide sermon series leading up to Easter will follow along the theme, “Come and See.” The series will take us through several monumental moments in the gospels when people are invited to discover who Jesus is, what Jesus is like, and why Jesus is worth following. We will “come and see”: • The disciples’ invitation to follow after Jesus • Nicodemus as he learns to “see” the kingdom of God • A Samaritan Woman at the well who will experience Jesus’ forgiveness • Jesus miraculously handle the death of his friend Lazarus • Our King triumphantly entering on Palm Sunday • The empty tomb on Easter Sunday Do you need to discover who Jesus is? Does someone you know need to “come and see” who Jesus is? This series will be a great opportunity to invite a friend or family member to discover more about Jesus and why He is worth following! Will you “come and see?” Dr. John Whitten Senior Pastor

YOUR FAITHFUL GIVING Since 2015 Pioneer Drive has partnered with Underground Coffee in this crazy idea of using coffee as a way to share the Gospel with unreached peoples in a closed country. We thank you for your faithful partnership and for taking a chance on a ministry that doesn’t fit neatly in the box of how mission work is usually done. Over the past seven years we have used coffee farming as means to employ several indigenous pastors, giving them well paying and steady work, so that they can remain in our area. Together we’ve been able to buy coffee from farmers at over 80% higher rate than the local market, which has helped to alleviate poverty. We’ve freely distributed out over 100,000 coffee seedlings that have high genetic quality, which make for a more valuable crop. We’ve been able to bring new coffee to market and import it here to the US for all of us to drink and enjoy, knowing all the hands that touched it and what it supports. Most importantly our local partners have planted three new house churches over the last seven years. In these house churches over one hundred people have become Christians and been baptized. None of these things would have happened without your faithful giving. Underground Coffee is a small organization and Pioneer’s giving makes up a large part of our budget. Your partnership over the past seven years (and I do mean partnership) has been vital to the fruit we’re seeing in South East Asia. Once again, thank you for giving to the World Missions Offering and I’m excited to see how God uses our partnership in the future. Brian Brewer Underground Coffee International Director
