At TMTC, our raison dêtre is to develop the talent pool of our group companies. To fulfil this purpose, our endeavor is to continuously evolve our offerings, to provide leadership learning that is relevant in content to the context of the times, contemporary and engaging in methodology, and meaningful in outcomes. This is how we responded to the challenges the pandemic presented as well, with an acceleration of the adoption of digital technologies and increasing integration of learning in the flow of work.
