Ottewell Terrace is a four-storey, apartment-style building
located in the Ottewell neighbourhood in southeast
Edmonton. The apartment is connected to Ottewell Place
lodge so if you don’t feel like cooking one night, it’s just a
short, indoor walk to the lodge where you can enjoy the
occasional meal or a meal plan at an affordable price.
With the Ottewell shopping plaza next door and Bonnie
Doon Mall and Capilano Mall only minutes away by ETS
bus, tenants have easy access to amenities like banks,
grocery stores, coffee shops, hair salon, a drug store with
a post office, dentist and doctors’ offices, gas stations and
restaurants.

Rosslyn Terrace is a three-storey apartment-style building located in
the well-established community of Rosslyn, close to 97 Street and
137 Avenue. The grounds feature beautiful gardens, a gazebo
and many walking areas and back onto Rosslyn Park, with
a short walk to the Grand Trunk Park. Rosslyn Terrace
is connected to Rosslyn Place Lodge and can be
accessed through a pedway system. Tenants can buy
occasional meals or a meal plan at the lodge as well
as participate in a variety of activities.
With an ETS bus stop right out front, it’s a short ride
to Northgate and North Town malls, as well as doctors’
offices, banks and other amenities and services. A few
more minutes on the bus will take you to Kingsway and
Londonderry malls, the Grand Trunk Leisure Centre and the
North West Edmonton Seniors Society. Within walking distance
you will find a small strip mall with a grocery store, bakery, deli
and clothing store.
