For Spa appointments, call 941.387.1587.
Reservations You are encouraged to book your spa appointments in advance to ensure your preferred choices and options. Walk-in appointments are welcome and may have limited availability. All services are booked based on availability. Please specify if you have a male or female therapist preference. Arrival Plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes early so you can enjoy a relaxed experience. A late arrival will limit the time of your service. Cancellations Cancellations must be made six hours prior to appointment to avoid being charged in full. Communication Be sure to speak up. All aspects of your treatment can be modified to your taste: amount of light, kind (or absence) of music, temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. If you want the therapist to use more or less pressure please speak up and tell them. Also, feel free to ask questions. Your therapist will enjoy knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have. Conversation between guests in the relaxation room and elsewhere, keep conversations at a low volume. Gratuity All spa services access a service charge of 18%. This charge is automatically added to your service as a convenience. Additional gratuities for superior service are always appreciated. Children The Spa is available for adults ages 18 and up. Children ages 12 -18 who are having services may be in the Spa area with a parent or other responsible adult only and they must sign a waiver. Keep in mind that spa services are intended to be therapeutic. Children of any age may enjoy our nail services in the nail salon, under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and a waiver must be signed.
