YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES The Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club’s Youth Development Programmes (YDP) was pioneered in 1995 to help develop and enhance the sailing skills of our young athletes, as well as providing a pathway for sailors aged between 13 and 24 in Club, state, national and international events.
