                                                                                                         Some time ago we sat back and considered how could we increase the appeal of
                                                                                                                our free dedicated monthly magazine and how could we ensure
                                                                                                                         it was delivered to as many people as possible.

                                                                                                        And here we are. Livingroom has grown so extensively it was only logical that our
                                                                                                          publication grew too, so we have doubled the size to enable us to showcase
                                                                                                               the broadest selection of properties for sale and rent in Guernsey.

                                                                                                     We have also ensured that our publication is sourced from sustainable paper stocks
                                                                                                   but our biggest change is in the distribution. With the given reduction in distribution of
                                                                                                    the local newspaper in print, we could no longer rely on The Guernsey Property Guide
                                                                                                  getting to all households, so we have taken the decision to hand deliver through the door
                                                                                                  of every privately owned property in Guernsey. We have increased the number of copies
                                                                                                  from 18,000 to 27,500 every month and we can now boast unrivalled island-wide readership.
                                                                                                     We are proud to say that no other estate agent in Guernsey can offer this level of full
                                                                                                  colour exposure and, with such increased readership, we look forward to meeting all the
                                                                                                      local residents with whom we have not yet had an opportunity to work with yet. In

                                                                                                                                                           There are several factors that have contributed to the growth in the rental market for Livingroom. The continued

                                                                                                                                                           the value in obtaining a better and more stable yield from property investment, than traditional cash deposits. The
                                                                                                                                                           difficulty in obtaining bank financing also means more people are looking to rent for longer and we see no signs of
                                                                                                                                                           the rental market slowing down.

                                                                                                                                                           Our strategy is to ensure we marry the right landlord with the right tenant. Whether someone is looking to rent a
