Executive Summary BIM use expected to increase in the Middle East THE BUSINESS VALUE OF BIM IN THE MIDDLE EAST While BIM is currently at an early stage of implementation in the Middle East, the study demonstrates that it is poised for significant growth. The majority (79%) of respondents currently using BIM expect to be at a high level of implementation in just two years, and 85% of current non-users are either interested in and/or are actively evaluating BIM. Strong project and business benefits reported by current BIM users will help drive the market, as will the perception of BIM’s growing importance to firms seeking to stay competitive.
