The Audi TT is a design icon. Ever since the premiere of the first concept car in 1995,
the Audi TT has stood for driving pleasure, design and attention to detail. Now the
third generation of the TT has had a comprehensive update. The new TT takes the
stage with a sporty and refined exterior design, higher-powered engines and an
extended scope of standard equipment.
In addition to the driver-oriented Audi virtual cockpit, the basic version of the new
model now features the Audi drive select dynamic handling system, a rain and light
sensor, heated exterior mirrors and the multifunction steering wheel plus, with
which the infotainment and voice control system can be controlled entirely using
the steering wheel.
For the new TT, Audi has a range of petrol engines in various performance levels,
paired either with the six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed dual-clutch
transmission. In both transmission variants, the close-ratio lower gears enable
powerful acceleration, while the wide ratio of each transmission’s highest gear
keeps the engine speed down. The new Audi TT offers handling that is both dynamic
and precise.

Audi connect: Safety & Remote Service
Emergency Call*
In the event of an accident, the driver can press the
SOS button for three seconds; this will connect them
to the Audi call centre. The vehicle will send GPS
co-ordinates to the call centre so that emergency
services can locate them if required.
If the vehicle sensors— such as seat belts and
airbags etc— detect a major accident, an automatic
connection to the call centre will be made and the
GPS co-ordinates and car details will be sent.
Online Roadside Assistance*
In the event of a breakdown, the driver can press the
Roadside Assistance button and the car will call Audi
Roadside Assistance who will offer support.
If the vehicle sensors detect a minor accident, the
Audi MMI unit will ask if the driver would like to call
Audi Roadside Assistance or the emergency services.
