Tomato Tomato! ingredients: Z 2 tomatoes Z 1 cup peeled cucumber Z 3 cups of baby greens mix Z 1/2 lemon, juice of Z 1/2 red bell pepper Z 1–2 stalks celery Z celery salt to taste directions: Blend the tomato, cucumber and lemon juice first, until the mixture is liquid. Add in red bell pepper, baby greens, and avocado progressively, pushing with the celery stalks until the entire mixture is blended.
