Assume you are regis- tered for a course unless you are notified that the class is cancelled or already filled upon receipt of your registration. Every effort will be made to notify you by email/phone if these situations occur. If a class is filled, your name will be placed on a waiting list. As openings occur, names will be added to the class according to placement on Join us for some the waiting list and you will be notified. Unless notified, you are of- ficially enrolled. After you are registered for a class, we will notify SUMMER FUN you if the class is full or cancelled. If you do not hear from us, please come to class! REFUND POLICY Refer to camp descriptions We will be happy to refund the full amount of tuition, less a $10 for camp locations processing fee, when you cancel prior to one week before the camp begins.
