Camp ROCKS
Welcome to WWS Camp Rocks 2022! Camp is going to be “Rock”tastic this year and we’re excited to
have your child there!
Westfield Summer Camps 2022, a summer program offered by Westfield Washington Schools includes
full week camps and half day opportunity and sports camps throughout the summer for children 3 years
old through 8th grade. Enrollment is open to families who live in the Westfield school district
boundaries. The summer program begins Thursday, June 2 through Wednesday, August 3, 2022. A full
summer of activities including full day camps and over 65 sports and opportunity camps hosted by
WWS teachers, staff and WHS coaches that are three or four half days. Register for camps online
through the school district’s website at www.wws.k12.in.us > Parents > WWS Summer Camps > EZ
ChildTrack. Enrollment instructions for the Summer program can be found in this catalog We are sure
you will find camps that are of interest and fun for your child, pre-teen or teen and provide an
opportunity to make new friends, strengthen relationships, and expand their interests and experiences.
Preschool and Pre-K Summer Camp (child must be 3 or 4 year olds on or before June 1, 2022
and fully toilet trained)
June 6—August 3, 2022 (closed 7/4) requires a full summer commitment
Summer Preschool and Pre-K full-time Summer Camp is open from 6:45 am to 5:30 pm with the option
to add Extended Care enrollment from 5:30 to 6:00 pm. The summer program will be at Oak Trace
Woods Elementary School, 16504 Oak Ridge Road, Westfield.
Child must be 3 or 4 years old on or before June 1, 2022, fully toilet trained, and live in Westfield
Washington School district. This program requires a full summer enrollment, and the option to enroll in
the Extended Care from 5:30 to 6:00 pm. Morning and afternoon snacks and drinks. The decision
whether to provide free lunches has not been made by the USDA so at this time we can't share
information with you. Fees are billed on a weekly basis. The summer preschool and pre-k weekly
themes, activities, and fees are included in this catalog along with online enrollment instructions.
Kindergarten through 13 years old (child’s grade for 2022-23 school year)
Week-by-Week Enrollment (includes options to enroll in opportunity and/or sports camps)
This plan provides parents the flexibility to select specific weeks the child will attend between June 6-
August 3, 2022 (closed July 4). Each week expires to enrollment (or cancel request) 14 days prior to
start of the week.
The full week camp for incoming kindergarten through 13 years old will be at Oak Trace Elementary
School, 16504 Oak Ridge Road, Westfield from June 2 through August 3. We will be open from 6:45
am to 5:30 pm and offer the option to enroll in Extended Care from 5:30 to 6:00 pm. SFE Catering
Services for WWS will prepare a morning and afternoon snack and drink. The decision whether to
provide free lunches has not been made by the USDA so at this time we can't share information with
you.
Field trips are planned for 1st grade through 13 years old. Details on the field trips can be found in this
catalog.

Opportunity and Sports Camps for Kindergarten through 8th Grade (child’s grade for
2022-23 school year)
Week-by-Week Enrollment also provides enrollment for Opportunity and Sports camps
only. WWS teachers, staff, and coaches are offering opportunity and sports camps from June 6
through July 21. Most of the opportunity camps will be at Oak Trace Elementary (OTES) and a
few at Westfield Intermediate School (WIS), Westfield Middle School (WMS), and Westfield
High School (WHS). All opportunity and sports camp dates, times, fees, and locations are listed
in the camp descriptions within this catalog.
Enroll your child in just the Opportunity or Sports Camps only or enroll in the wrap around full
week camp with opportunity and/or sports camps. If your child is enrolled in the full week plus
opportunity or sports camps, we will provide round trip bus transportation if the camp is not
located at OTES.
Important Parent Information / COVID Guidelines
For Summer Camp 2022
COVID is changing some of our protocols so please read through this information below.
Our summer program will adhere to any covid protocols established by Westfield Washington
Schools.
At full week summer camp, each grade level will be divided into groups to allow for better
supervision. The groups will have an adult as well as one to two staff members supervising.
Our program will monitor COVID cases but will not contact trace unless district guidelines change.
It is critical that you keep your child home if you or anyone in your family is experiencing
symptoms. Children who come to camp with covid symptoms will be sent home.
If someone in your family tests positive and that person can’t quarantine from the child, the child
will not be able to return until the 5th day after the family member’s quarantine ends. While the
child is quarantined, the parent will still be responsible for the summer fees.
Should your child test positive, he or she would be required to quarantine for 5 days and can
return on the 6th day. The family would be responsible for the regular program fees during that
time.
Pick up and drop off will take place curbside. Each family will receive an email with a template
attached to complete and to hang in the front passenger window. You will need to print in large letters
the first and last names of each child being dropped off and picked up, the grade your child will be
going into, and a four-digit family code printed in big numbers on the sign. This code will be used to
check children in and out daily. Please choose your own family code and be sure to share it with
anyone who has permission to drop off or pick up. Any person with your approval to drop off or pick
up will need a sign with the above information. A staff member will come to the car, verify the
information, call for the child on a radio, and then will assist your child to your car.
Parent curbside drop off and and pick up locations are listed below:

1st through 13 years old: Door 20 A/B
Opportunity Camps only: Door
These are important things to remember to speed up the pick up line as it can get bogged down.
Be sure your sign is posted on the front passenger window
If you have a preschooler or kindergartener, pick up the younger and older children at that drop off
spot, outside door 4C.
If you have a child that needs to be buckled in to a car seat, pull into the parking lot to complete
the task
Do not get out of your car. The line will move faster if the staff member assists your child
Be sure car seats are on the passenger side so that children and adults don’t have to walk
through the driving lane
When your children are loaded, move ahead so that other children can be loaded
And remember, do not drive around other cars waiting in the line as this puts children and staff at
risk.

Your child will need to bring a water bottle daily with your child’s name on it. Children can refill
water bottles at designated filling stations or at the sink in the classroom.
Because of the Federal Summer Feeding Plan, we will be able to provide lunch and snacks to
all families free of charge through June with the possibility of continuing into July (to be
determined).
Opportunity and Sports Camp:
For camps in which students are transported on buses, children will be required to wear a mask
while on the bus per federal guidelines. We will follow the district guidelines regarding numbers
of children in a seat, maximum number on a bus, etc… Children who refuse to wear a mask and
stay in their assigned seats will not be allowed to ride the bus to the camp and will stay back at
full week camp. Parents will be notified and still be responsible for the opportunity and sports
camp fee and additional charges for full day care.
All children participating in camps will be dropped off and picked up at curbside with the
teacher, staff, or coach out at the curb during arrival and dismissal.
3 and 4 Year Old Full-time Summer Care
June 6-August 3
Children must be 3 or 4 years old on or before June 1, 2022, fully toilet trained, and live in
Westfield school district. We offer weekly theme-based activities, and morning and afternoon
snacks and drinks. The decision whether to provide free lunches has not been made by the USDA
so at this time we can't share information with you.
The summer program provides full-time care and growth experience for the entire summer
beginning June 6 through August 3 and will be Oak Trace Elementary, 16504 Oak Ridge Road,
Westfield.
ENROLLMENT:
Online enrollment begins March 1 through May 23, 2022. Space is limited, and enrollment will be
processed on a first come/first serve basis until we reach full capacity.
To enroll click www.wws.k12.in.us for the WWS Summer Camps > EZ ChildTrack. Instructions to
submit online enrollment can be found in this catalog or on a pop-up screen on EZ ChildTrack.
Families currently enrolled in any of the SSP fee-based programs must be current with their
account in order to have summer enrollment accepted.
Enrollment 3 and 4 year olds is for the full summer from June 6—August 3
Full-time summer care hours — 6:45 am to 5:30 pm
Extended care hours — 5:30 to 6 pm
Cancellation requests can be emailed to mychild@wws.k12.in.us and are accepted through May
23, 2022. After May 23, the enrollment is finalized for the full summer. Payments will be due
weekly starting May 27 through July 22.
REGISTRATION FEE:
A $15 per child non-refundable summer registration fee will post to the account once the
enrollment is accepted.
TO MAKE PAYMENTS:
We accept MasterCard, Visa or Discover, checks, or cash. Credit card payment are made through
your EZ ChildTrack account with a 3.5% convenience fee added. The auto-pay feature can be set
up in your account using your credit card information, and the card will be charge each week if a
balance is due. E-checks are also an option for a payment method.
Personal checks are payable to Westfield Washington Schools and mailed to 1143 E 181 Street,
Westfield, IN 46074 Attn: Summer Camp.
Cash payments can be dropped off at the Westfield Washington Schools Administration building

PARENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Withdrawal requests are accepted through May 23, 2022 by e-mailing to
mychild@wws.k12.in.us. Failure to provide email cancellation by May 23 will result in your
account being charged weekly for the entire summer program.
DISTRICT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Westfield Washington Schools reserves the right to cancel any or all of the Summer program at
any time due to circumstances beyond the district’s control or if minimum enrollment is not
received by 5/23/22. If cancellation is due to minimum enrollment not met, we will contact the
parents who submitted enrollment by May 24, 2022.
PRESCHOOL & PRE-K LATE PICKUP POLICY:
Full-time Summer Care closes at 5:30 pm. If you need extended care after 5:30 pm, enroll in the
Extended Care plan for child care between 5:30 and 6 pm.
Based on the plan the child is enrolled in, if child is pick up after the closing time, a fee of $1 for
every minute late will be charged to the account. After two (2) late pickups charges during the
summer, the fee will increase to $5 per minute late. After five (5) late pickups during the summer,
childcare will be suspended until the parent has met with the Director of Student Support
Programs, and all late fees have been paid. Please keep in mind, the parent will still be
responsible for any remaining weekly summer fees if the child is suspended. This will be strictly
enforced. Thank you for your consideration in helping our very dedicated staff. Late fees
carryover from school year 2021-22, if enrolled.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES:
We will be doing curbside drop off and pick up at OTES Door #4C and #4D. Parents will not get
out of the vehicle when dropping off or picking up.
To streamline this process, each family will need to have an 8½ X 11 sign displayed in the front
passenger window with the following information on the sign:
1. Each child’s first and last name in large print.
2. A 4 digit family code that will be used for check-in and check-out. You will decide what family
code you will use.
Prior to the start of summer, you will be emailed a template for the sign.
Any adult who will be dropping off or picking up your child(ren) will need a copy of your family’s
sign to post in their window.

To make this as efficient as possible, we ask that you be prepared by doing the following prior to
stopping at Door #4C and #4D:
Display your family sign in the passenger front window.
Say your good-bye’s ahead of time.
Unbuckle the child(ren) prior to stopping at curb.
Child(ren) need to have all their personal items (water bottle, backpack, etc.) in their hands and
ready to get out of the vehicle after coming to a complete stop.
Child(ren) exit vehicle (or get in) from the passenger’s side back seat.
Pick up will also be at the curb at Door #4C and #4D and a staff will come to your car, check the
family sign, then call for the child and assist the child to your car.
For the safety of all, we ask for your patience and cooperation during drop off and pick up. Parents
must to remain in their vehicle and in the line. Please DO NOT weave in and out of the drop off or
pick up line. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Step One: Instructions for Opening or Editing an EZ ChildTrack Account:
New Families: All families who do not have an EZ ChildTrack account already setup from a prior enrollment
(Summer Camps, BAC, Zone 58, TOTS or All Aboard), will need to create their online account in EZ ChildTrack.
To set up the online account, go to: www.wws.k12.in.us > Parents > WWS Summer Camps > EZ ChildTrack and
follow the instructions below:
Select Register for NEW CUSTOMER OPEN ACCOUNT. An instruction page will pop up.
Complete all required fields.
Primary Account Holder information is the parent/guardian who is responsible for the registration and billing.
An email address is required and will be used for communication with the Primary Account Holder. If you do
not have a home phone or a cell phone, please check appropriate box.
Secondary Account holder information is usually the other parent. If the other parent is not involved with the
account, please check the box “Do Not Have a Secondary Account Holder”.
Enter at least one emergency contact (required). These are additional contacts other than the Primary and
Secondary Account Holders. Do not use Primary and Secondary Account Holder information in this area.
You have the option of adding up to 5 additional people who are authorized to pick up your child(ren).
Click My Children found at the bottom right on the webpage. Complete new child information including the
relationship information and the child’s medical information. Select the parent the child lives with in this
section. This will auto-fill the child’s address.
In the drop-down area of the School Information field, select Virginia F Wood Early Learning Center as the
school your child might attend the 2022-2023 school year and the child’s 2022-2023 grade level which would
be Preschool (3 years old by 6/1/22) ; Pre-K (4 years old by 6/1/22). Child must be fully toilet trained.
Click Save Child. You may now add any additional children to your account by clicking Add Child. If no
additional children need to be added to your account, you may proceed to next step.
Click Review. Click Closed to exit site.
You will receive an email with your account number and a temporary password. Using this temporary
password, return to EZ ChildTrack and sign in as a Returning Customer Sign In. The email associated with
your account is your user name. You are now ready for the Step Two: Instructions for Online Program
Registration noted below.
Existing Families: Families with an account from prior enrollment go to: www.wws.k12.in.us > Parents > WWS
Summer Camps > EzChildTrack . Sign in under Returning Customer.
Forgotten User Name or Password: Do not set up a new account. Call the business office at 317-867-8017 to
have your password reset.
Adding Additional Child(ren) to an existing account: If you already have an EzChildTrack account but need to
add a child(ren), this is done during program registration.
Updating Account Information: To ensure we have the most accurate contact information for your child(ren), we
are asking our parents to please do the following:
Sign into your EzChildTrack account and select the My Account Tab from the home page. Review all
information and update as needed.

Step Two: Instructions for Online Program Enrollment
Go to: www.wws.k12.in.us > Parents > WWS Summer Camps > EZ ChildTrack. Sign in to your EZ ChildTrack
Account under Returning Customer Sign In using your email address and password.
Click register for Full-Time Summer Care for 3 and 4 year olds. An instruction page will pop up. The program
will alert you if there is an error on any of the pages. Review My Account.
Primary account holder information will auto-fill. Confirm that all required information is updated and included.
Select Add-Review- or “No Secondary Account Holder”.
Select Enroll after your child’s name. The child’s information will auto-fill. Review and update information,
Emergency Contacts, Authorized Persons to pick up the child, and Medical Information. Enroll the child.
Camp offerings for the selected summer site chosen and the appropriate grade level will display. Enrollment is
for the full summer starting June 6 through August 3, 2022.
Select the site SUMMER.
Select Activity. Save Enrollment.
Select Enroll for other children you want to enroll in the Full-time Summer Care Program. You can add
additional children to your account at this point. If you do not need to register any additional children at this
time, select Skip Registration next to any additional child’s name listed.
IMPORTANT: Confirm that all Full-time Summer Care registrations for the family are submitted before going to
Terms and Conditions. Once you submit the enrollment, you will be unable to open Full-time Summer Care for
additional registrations until all pending registrations have been accepted by the business office.
To add more Full-time Summer Care enrollments to your account, Select + Register New Child if a child is not
yet registered for this Summer program.
Children in K through 8th grade will find summer offerings under the Summer 2022 Camps Week-by Week.
This plan includes Opportunity and Sports Camps for grades K-8. To enroll K-8th grade children, return to
home page and select Register Week-by Week Summer 2022 after completing and submitting registration for
Full-time Summer Care.
Select Terms and Conditions. Initial and electronically sign the Terms, Conditions, Release/Waivers and/or
Contract Details.
Review the $15 per child non-refundable registration fee.
Submit Application. You will receive an email with confirmation of registration request.
Your child(ren)’s summer enrollment will remain pending for 7 to 10 business days. Enrollment will be processed
on a first come, first serve basis and accepted based on availability. You will receive a second email confirming
the enrollment. Enrollment will remain pending until the balance past due on your account has been paid. Space is
not reserved or guaranteed if a balance is owed on an account. Summer enrollment cancellation is done by email
mychild@wws.k12.in.us by May 23, 2022 to avoid payment penalty. After May 23, you are responsible for the
weekly fees for the summer program. See parent cancellation policy the catalog. No Internet access? A copy of

Westfield Summer Program is for children who reside in the Westfield Washington School district. We will be at Oak Trace
Elementary from June 2 through August 3, 2022.
The summer camp program offers fun-filled week activities and several planned field trips. Morning and afternoon snacks
and drinks. The decision whether to provide free meals has not been made by the USDA so at this time we can't share
information with you.
In addition, WWS teachers and staff are offering opportunity and sports camps. Camp descriptions and details listed by the
week are included in this catalog. To enroll in opportunity and/or sports camps, you will need to enroll using the Week-by-
Week online enrollment. Camp dates and fees can be found in each of the weekly descriptions within this catalog.
PLANS AVAILABLE & ENROLLMENT DEADLINES:
Families who are currently enrolled in an SSP fee-based program must be current with their account in order to have
summer enrollment accepted. Enrollment will be processed on a first come/first serve basis or until filled. Below are the
different enrollment options.
Summer Week-by-Week Plans — Care available from 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM with the option to add opportunity and/or sports
camps to your child’s summer enrollment. Online enrollment beginning March 1 and each week’s enrollment (or
cancellation requests) expires 14 days prior to the start of each week. This plan provides flexibility to select specific weeks
from June 2 through August 3, and also includes adding opportunity and/or camps to the enrollment. These camp options
are only listed in the Week-by-Week Plans. Weekly camp descriptions including dates, times, and fees are included in this
catalog.
Extended Care Plan — Care available from 5:30 to 6:00 PM. This plan is not a stand alone plan and requires additional
enrollment and fees.
Opportunity and Sports Camps Only are also offered as stand alone 3 or 4 half day camps (no childcare included). These
camps are approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours long. Parents need to provide transportation to and from the opportunity or sports
camps. A weekly listing, pricing and camp descriptions are found in this catalog.
REGISTRATION FEE:
A $15 per child non-refundable one-time summer registration fee will post to the account once the enrollment is accepted.
TO MAKE PAYMENTS
We accept credit card payments, checks, or cash.
MasterCard, Visa, or Discover payments can be made through your EZ ChildTrack account. There is a 3/5% service fee for
credit card payments. For your convenience, you may set up the auto-pay feature in your account using your credit card
information. The system will automatically charged this card each week if a balance is due. E-checks are also accepted.
Personal checks are payable to Westfield Washington Schools and mailed to 1143 E 181 Street, Westfield, IN 46074 Attn:
Summer Camp.
Cash payments can be dropped off at the Westfield Washington Schools Administration building at 1143 E 181 Street,

PARENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Withdrawal from any summer camps must be emailed to mychild@wws.k12.in.us a minimum of 14 days in advance of the
week cancelling to avoid payment. Failure to provide email cancellation by the deadline will result in your account being
charged.
DISTRICT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Westfield Washington Schools reserves the right to cancel any or all of the Summer program at any time due to

LATE PICKUP POLICY:
We close at 5:30 pm. If you need extended care from 5:30 to 6 pm, enroll in the Extended Care option.
Based on the plan the child is enrolled in, if child is picked up after the closing time, a fee of $1 for every minute late will be
charged to the account. After two (2) late pickups charges during the summer, the fee will increase to $5 per minute late. After five
(5) late pickups during the summer, childcare will be suspended until the parent has met with the Director of Student Support
Programs, and all late fees have been paid. Please keep in mind, the parent will still be responsible for any remaining weekly
summer fees if the child is suspended. This will be strictly enforced. Thank you for your consideration in helping our very
dedicated staff. Late fees carryover from school year 2021-22, if enrolled.
DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES:
We will be doing curbside drop off and pick up. Based on your child’s 2022-23 grade, these are the door locations you will be
dropping off and picking up:
Kindergarten: OTES Door 4C and 4D
Grades 1 through 13 years old: OTES Door 20A and 20B
Parents will not get out of the vehicle when dropping off or picking up.
Door 4D and 4D for Kindergarten: Each family will need to have an 8½ X 11 sign displayed in the front passenger window.
Door 20A and 20B for 1st through 13 years old:
Each family will need to have an 8½ X 11 sign displayed in the driver’s side front window.
Your family signs will need to have the following information on it:
1. Each child’s first and last name in large print.
2. A 4 digit family code that will be used for check-in and check-out.
Prior to the start of summer, you will be emailed a template for the sign.
Any adult who will be dropping off or picking up your kindergarten child(ren) will need a copy of your family’s sign to post in their
window.
Parents pull up to the curb at the appropriate door (see instructions above), and one of our staff will come out to your car, check
the children’s names and family code on your sign, then escort your children to the building.
We ask that you be prepared by doing the following prior to stopping at curb:
1. Have your family sign displayed in the driver side front window.
2. Say good-bye’s ahead of time.
3. Unbuckle child(ren) prior to stopping at curb.
4. Child(ren) has all their personal items (water bottle, backpack, etc.) in their hands and ready to exit the vehicle.
5. Child(ren) exit vehicle from the passenger’s side back seat.
Pick up will also be at the appropriate mentioned doors (see instructions above). A staff will come to your vehicle, check the family
sign, then call for the child and assist the child to your car.
For the safety of all, we ask for your patience and cooperation during drop off and pick up. Parents must to remain in their vehicle

“Camp Rocks” is our overall summer theme with weekly themes and activities planned. Weekly activities may include but not

In addition to many activities, we have field trips scheduled for Full Week Camp for grades 1 through age
13. These events are listed below. Your child must be enrolled in the full week care and attending during
the week of the field trip in order to attend. Permission slips, departure/return times, and details about the
field trips will be made available. Field trips are scheduled by grades and are mandatory if the child is

If you do not have an EZ ChildTrack account, please follow Step One instructions below first. If you have
an account, proceed to the next page and follow Step Two instructions to submit summer camp
enrollment.
Step One: Instructions for Opening or Editing Your EZ ChildTrack Account
In the Westfield Summer Camp Catalog, there are important details for enrollment and withdraw dates, camp descriptions,
locations, and costs. Open enrollment starts on March 1, 2022. Enroll in the week-by-week enrollment also offers opportunity or
sports camps. Weekly enrollment deadlines and fees are listed in this catalog. Once enrollment is accepted, your account will be
charged a $15 non-refundable one-time summer registration fee per child.
New Families: All families who do not have an EZ ChildTrack account already setup from a prior enrollment (Summer Camps, BAC,
Zone 58, TOTS or All Aboard) will need to set up their online account in EZ ChildTrack. To set up the online account, go to
www.wws.k12.in.us > Parents > WWS Summer Camps > EZ ChildTrack then follow the instructions below:
1. Select Register for NEW CUSTOMER OPEN ACCOUNT. An instruction page will pop up.
2. Complete all required fields.
3. Primary Account Holder information is the parent/guardian who is responsible for the registration and billing. An email address
is required and will be used for communication with the Primary Account Holder. If you do not have a home phone or a cell
phone, please check appropriate box.
4. Secondary Account holder information is usually the other parent. If the other parent is not involved with the account, please
check the box “Do Not Have a Secondary Account Holder”. Check box to receive emails and text messages.
5. Enter at least one emergency contact (required). These are additional contacts other than the Primary and Secondary Account
Holders. Do not use Primary and Secondary Account Holder information in this area.
6. You have the option of adding up to 5 additional people who are authorized to pick up your child(ren).
7. Click My Children found at the bottom right on the webpage. Complete new child information including the relationship
information and the child’s medical information. Select the parent the child lives with in this section. This will auto-fill the child’s
address.
8. In the drop-down area of the School Information field, select the school your child will attend during the 2022-23 school year
and the child’s 2022-23 grade level.
9. Click Save Child. You may add any additional children to your account by clicking Add Child. If no additional children need to
be added to your account, you may proceed to next step.
10. Click Review. Click Close to exit site.
11. You will receive an email with your account number and a temporary password. Using this temporary password, return to EZ
ChildTrack and sign in as a Returning Customer Sign In. The email associated with your account is your user name. You are
now ready for the Step Two: Instructions for Online Program Registration. Call our business office at 317-867-8017 if you do
not receive a password.
Families with Existing Accounts: Families with an EZ ChildTrack account from prior enrollment go to: www.wws.k12.in.us >
Parents > WWS Summer Camps > EzChildTrack . Sign in under Returning Customer.
1. Forgotten User Name or Password: Do not set up a new account. Call the business office at 317-867-8017 to have your
password reset.
2. Adding Additional Child(ren) to an existing account: If you already have an EzChildTrack account but need to add a
child(ren), this is done during program registration.
Updating Account Information: To ensure we have the most accurate contact information for your child(ren), we are asking
our parents to please do the following:
1. Sign into your EzChildTrack account and select the My Account Tab from the home page. Review all information and
updated as needed.Week-by-week Online Enrollment Instructions grades K through 13 Years Old
Step Two: Instructions for Online Summer Enrollment
1. Go to www.wws.k12.in.us > Parents > WWS Summer Camps > EZ ChildTrack. Sign in to your EZ ChildTrack Account
under Returning Customer Sign In using your email address and password.
2. Click Register for Summer 2022. An instruction page will pop up for your information. Select Review Account. The program
will alert you if there is an error on any of the pages.
3. Primary Account Holder information will auto-fill. Review and correct all information as needed for the primary account
holder. Add, review Secondary Account Holder or select “No Secondary Account Holder”.
4. Select Enroll after your child’s name. The child’s information will auto-fill. 2022-23 School and Grade will auto-fill.
5. Review and correct if needed the child’s Emergency Contacts. Review and correct if needed the Persons Authorized to
Pick Up your child. Review and correct if needed Medical Information.
6. Enroll Child. Select week or weeks you want the child to attend.
7. Select the site for your child: Full Week Kindergarten Camp; Full Week Camp Grades 1-through Age 13; or Sports and
Opportunity Camps Only (No Day Care Offered).
8. Select the week and the camp you wish for your child to participate in. Continue until all weeks needed have been
selected. Select Full Week Camp only if no add-on camps are wanted. Also select Extended Care if you need care from
5:30 to 6:00 pm. Select Full Week plus the add on camp you want for the week. If Day Care is not needed, select Sports
and Opportunity Camps Only.
9. Save Enrollment.
10. Select enrollment for any other children you are enrolling for summer. Repeat above instructions. If you are not registering
other children on your account at this time, select “skip enrollment” by their name. New children may be added by selecting
“Add Child”.
11. IMPORTANT: Confirm that all registrations for the family have been submitted before continuing to Terms and Conditions.
You will be unable to open Summer 2022 for additional registrations until all pending registrations have been accepted by
the business office.
12. Select Terms and Conditions. Initial and electronically sign the Terms, Conditions, Release/Waivers and/or Contract
Details.
13. Review the one-time $15 per child non-refundable summer registration fee. Submit Application. You will get an email with
confirmation of registration request.
14. You will receive a second email confirming enrollment in summer camps.
15. After child’s enrollment has been accepted, and you want to add more weekly summer enrollment, select View and Enroll.
Select +Register New Child if a child is not yet registered for any summer weeks. Summer Care for 3 and 4 year olds is not
in this section. Return to home page and select Register for Full-time Summer Care 2022 after completing and submitting
registration for grades K-8.
16. Summer enrollment is done week-by-week and must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the start of each week. Your
child(ren)’s summer enrollment will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Acceptance of enrollment is on a first
come, first serve basis and is based on each camp’s availability. Enrollment will remain pending if there is a balance due
on your account. Space in the summer program is not held or guaranteed if a balance is owed on an account. If you need
to cancel any of the summer enrollments, you must email mychild@wws.k12.in.us at least 14 days prior to the start of the
week you need to cancel in order to avoid payment penalty. See parent cancellation policy in this catalog.
There are no options to enroll in partial weeks or partial days.
Full week enrollment does not allow credit for days not attend.

Westfield Washington Schools is offering over 65 specific, single-focus camp experiences hosted by our Westfield Washington
Schools teachers, staff, and coaches for children who will be entering kindergarten through 8th grade of the 2022-2023 school
year. These opportunity and sports camps are fully detailed in the camp descriptions listed by weeks are in this catalog. Also
included are the popular Westfield High School sports camps hosted by Westfield High School Coaches and Assistant
Coaches.
The majority of the camps will be offered at Oak Trace Elementary with a few camps scheduled at Westfield Intermediate
School, Westfield Middle School, or Westfield High School. The camp locations are included in the camp descriptions in this

Online camp enrollment deadlines, maximum enrollment, and request to withdraw without payment penalty are listed in each
