City of Springdale Staff Updates Tax Department Natasha Allan joined the Tax Department Fire Department in May of 2021. Grandparent Scam We have seen an increase in what is known as a “Grandparent Scam” in the region and have had a couple instances in Springdale. Grandparent Scams begin with a How can phone call from someone posing as their grandchild or child. They will speak in a frantic voice and quickly describe some type of trouble they are in, like being arrested or in some type of accident.
