1. Important dates FAQs • When can I start working on my entries? • ENTRIES OPEN: 19th January 2021 You can start working on your campaign from today. All information pertaining to the brief is available on page 2. • DEADLINE: 12th February 2021 11:59pm • When can I submit my entries? • PRELIMINARY JUDGING: 18th to 22nd February 2021 While you can start working on your campaign beforehand, submissions on the entry site begins on 19th January, 2021. • FINAL JUDGING: • Agencies: 26th February 2021 • What is the last date for submission? The deadline for submitting entries is 12 th February, 2021, 11:59pm • Students: Between 27th February & 3rd March 2021 • When are the Judging dates? • AWARDS NIGHT: 5th March 2021 Judging will take place between 17th and 22nd February; Grand Jury will be on 26 th February. • When is the awards night? Awards night will take place on 5 th March, 2021. • Do I have to attach a translation of my print ad in English language if I apply in any other regional language? Yes, if a print ad submitted is in any language (as mentioned in the terms) apart from English, then a translation of the same needs to be attached along with the original creative in the space given • Can participants working in the same organisation but in different cities apply as a team? No, participants applying as a team should belong to the same organisation and in the same city. • Will the winning team get a chance to go to the Cannes 2021? Yes, the winning team will get a chance to attend the Cannes 2021. However, the management will not be responsible for any cancellation of the Cannes event under any circumstances. In such a case, the winning team will win the coveted Power of Print Trophy and the winning campaign shall be published in the Times of India publication as mentioned in the terms and conditions for the competition

All nominations will be announced on www.timespowerofprint.com in the last week of February Start by reading the submission guide. It has been given in detail with 2021 for agencies and TBC 2021 (Students) week of 27th February and 3rd March 2021 deliverables & submission format. • When will I know if I’ve won? • What are the submission requirements and deliverables? All winners will be announced at Times Group virtual event on 5 th March, 2021. The submission requirements and deliverables are mentioned in detail in this pdf. In short — answer the brief and submit your work online in a JPG/PDF format. • What will I win? The winning team will receive: • Can I submit more than one entry for the brief? Yes. BCCL shall not be under any obligation to Participant and Participant shall have no obligation or rights in relation to the Competition and shall have no claims whatsoever against the BCCL relating to the selection process or the running of the Competition. • BCCL shall not be responsible for: i. Any delivery, failures relating to the registration or uploading videos/presentations; ii. Any spam generated messages as result of Participant accessing the Website; iii. The Competition Management not receiving or rejecting any data; iv. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and v.
